OATMAN FARMS

We’ve been using @oatmanfarms resilient pure heritage wheat flours for our pizza and pasta. Straight out of Gila Bend, Oatman farms is the first organic regenerative wheat farmers in the southwest.

we got to meet them and hear about their amazing work and product at the Agritopia Farmers Market. The work they do is what the future should look like—saving water, taking care of people & the soil and producing a nutritious and delicious product. It’s farming that helps the planet. We are honored to use their product and support their mission and business.

If you got to try the pizza the other night @1912_phx you got a taste of what they do.

IRMA x MYTHICAL COFFEE

TRIAL BY FIRE 🔥

THIS FRIDAY 8/29 AT 6pm WE WILL BE COOKING FOOD WITH OUR GOOD FRIENDS AT MYTHICAL COFFEE.

we will be introducing our new pizza concept alongside some of @mythical.coffee crafted night service drinks. we don’t want to give away too many details because we want it to be a bit magical—but we invite you to come and hangout with us, enjoy the summer evening sipping on some incredible drinks by mythical, food by Irma and listening to some great records with your friends.

this is not a turn and burn type of food event—come cozy up under the candles, enjoy some fellowship with others and eat some good food.

most of our teams’ home is in the East Valley and we love it. we want to give back something special to our community in Gilbert.

we hope we get the chance to take care of you ♥️
