Great weather for a long run… today I ran the Muleskinner 50k and was 3rd overall-2nd female overall. A super fast young lady won the overall and I was happy to keep her in my sights until the half way point. Ron ran the 13.1 which ended up being over 14 miles🤪 had a blast!

After a very disappointing race yesterday, I came home upset not really knowing what went wrong. Not one to dwell on things- today I went out and raced the LBI Duathlon. So glad I did! I was the first female overall and it meant so much as this race was in memory of my good friend, coach and local tri legend Tom Manzi❤️#cycles54,#jerseyshoretriathlonclub,#BettySquad26,#nevergiveup,#feelingblessed by @irnmags

Bike and gear is checked in and one more sleep until IMMD. Great weather in the forecast just need the water temp to go down just a bit🙏🙏🙏. So excited to race with friends on a fast course. This race has some of the nicest volunteers- like my new friend Jolly who is 78 years old! #BettySquad26,#cycles54,#racerelentless,#precisionnutrition,#ag1 by @irnmags
