✨ MEET THE IRON THERAPY GYM FAMILY ✨

Iron Therapy Gym isn’t just a place to train — it’s built by PEOPLE who love what they do and care deeply about those they serve.

💛 Emmy Person — IFBB Bikini Pro Olympian | Co-Founder | Head Trainer
💪 John Person — Nationally Ranked Bodybuilder | Co-Founder | Head Trainer
🔥 Rylee Johnson & Yaya Simmons — Trainers | Nationally Qualified Bikini Athletes
📸 Chassity Stanisich — Social Media Administrator | Nationally Qualified Bikini Athlete

This time of year is the perfect reminder to celebrate the team behind the scenes — the coaches, the creators, and the hearts that make this community feel like home.

✨ All week long, we’ll be introducing each team member more in depth so you can get to know us beyond the gym floor.

Stay tuned… we can’t wait to share our people with you. 🖤💫

There’s a difference between just having a gym membership and being in an environment that actually pushes you to grow.

Em and I have invested years of work, passion, and our own money into creating a space built for real progress.
Not hype. Not trends. Results.

Whether you’re:
• Starting your fitness journey
• Dialing in your physique
• Or a seasoned competitor hunting the next level…

THIS is the environment for you.

✅ Top-tier equipment
✅ Supportive culture
✅ Coaches who actually care
✅ A community built on goals, hard work, and growth

Right now — join with NO enrollment fees.
Just show up. Commit. Let’s build your best self.

Iron Therapy Gym.
Where growth is the standard.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms out there 💐

What moms want for Mother’s Day? At Iron Therapy Gym we asked two of our gym moms what they wanted most for Mother’s Day…

And both had the same answer:
“An empty gym.” 😂

So today, we dedicate the gym floor to the women who somehow manage to pour into everyone else while still showing up for themselves.

To the moms balancing workouts, work, kids, life, exhaustion, and everything in between… we see you, and we admire you more than words can say.

Enjoy your peace, your quiet gym, and your day.
You deserve it ❤️
