* (2026 -typo) Maluโ€ฆ we made it. IFBB BIKINI to IFBB FIT MODEL When we started working together in October 2025, we clicked immediately as coach and athlete. But our connection grew far beyond bodybuilding. Between check-ins, posing sessions, honest conversations, laughter, and tears, we built a friendship that means so much to me. Malu came to us as an IFBB Bikini Pro with many strong placings already behind her. Transitioning her physique into Fit Model took patience and intention. Our focus was to bring her shoulders down slightly and streamline her legs and lower body while preserving her beautiful shape. We got to work immediately. We changed her training, fine-tuned her posing, and continued adjusting throughout the season based on her progress and feedback from the judging panel. Two 7th-place finishes. Then 15th at St. Pete. That placing hurt. With a foot injury right afterward, she felt ready to call it a season. I remember texting her on Monday of show week, just hours before the contract deadline: โ€œMalu, this is the best youโ€™ve ever looked. You should do it.โ€โžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธ As an athlete, I understood her disappointment. As her coach, I could see the progress that the placing hadnโ€™t reflected. She gave it another shot. Our fourth show togetherโ€ฆ and she cracked the TOP FIVE. ๐Ÿฅน Then came her message: โ€œ5th place, Emmy. We made it.โ€ We both cried. Those words carried a whole year of work, adjustments, uncertainty, and trust. โžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธ That weekend, she was competing in Las Vegas while I was competing in Georgia. We still found time for our last video check-in, both in our suits, sharing the nerves and excitement before stepping onstage.โžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธ And the sweetest full-circle moment? Malu was there for my first pro win in 2025, hugging me onstage and celebrating with so much happiness for me. Now I get to celebrate her. ๐ŸคŽ โžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธ This is what I mean when I say: if youโ€™re all in, I will match your effortโ€ฆ and then some. I will invest in your journey like itโ€™s my own. This is one of those transformations that goes SO far beyond a before & after photo. ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ The transformation I couldnโ€™t be more PROUD to post. Alicia started with us as a lifestyle clientโ€ฆ and look at her now. ๐Ÿ˜ญ 55 lbs of fat loss, a whole lot of muscle gained, and an entirely different woman inside and out. But what makes me the most proud isnโ€™t just what you see in these photos. Itโ€™s her consistency. Her willingness to be coachable. Her heart of gold. The way she shows up for herself AND for her teammates, always encouraging, supporting, and celebrating the women around her. It has truly been an honor to coach her and watch this journey unfold. And THIS right here is our best look to date AND her best placing to date. Now weโ€™re heading into growth season, and I honestly couldnโ€™t be more excited. Weโ€™re going to keep building, keep improving, and keep growing not only the physique, but the woman behind it. And maybe one of my favorite parts of her story?
