This pictures holds a very special place in my heart. 🥹❤️

My first step onto the stage at my comeback show.

7.5 months postpartum. My third C-section. Back onstage as an IFBB Bikini Pro and earning first callout in a lineup of 20 pros.

Wow… now that I’ve written it out, now that I’ve had time to process it…

I’m so proud.

That step says everything:
“I did it. I’m back. I did something I once wondered was possible.”

To everyone who believed in me: I hope this lights a fire in your heart. I hope my journey gives you courage to take that first step toward something you’ve been afraid to chase.

To everyone who told me I couldn’t: thank you, too. Your words gave me an extra push during some of the hardest days.

The training, cardio, meal prep, posing, and core work… sometimes after barely two hours of broken sleep. There were tears, doubts, and days when I had to find strength I didn’t know I had.

And there was a mama who kept showing up.

I’m framing this picture as a reminder of the resilience I carry in my heart. Of what I’m capable of. Of how much that first step meant after everything it took to get there.

And yes, I’ll say it again: I’m so proud of myself. ❤️

Mama, never give up on yourself. Your dreams still matter. Your timeline is yours, and there is no deadline for your comeback.

* (2026 -typo) Malu… we made it. IFBB BIKINI to IFBB FIT MODEL

When we started working together in October 2025, we clicked immediately as coach and athlete. But our connection grew far beyond bodybuilding. Between check-ins, posing sessions, honest conversations, laughter, and tears, we built a friendship that means so much to me.

Malu came to us as an IFBB Bikini Pro with many strong placings already behind her. Transitioning her physique into Fit Model took patience and intention. Our focus was to bring her shoulders down slightly and streamline her legs and lower body while preserving her beautiful shape.

We got to work immediately. We changed her training, fine-tuned her posing, and continued adjusting throughout the season based on her progress and feedback from the judging panel.

Two 7th-place finishes. Then 15th at St. Pete.

That placing hurt. With a foot injury right afterward, she felt ready to call it a season.

I remember texting her on Monday of show week, just hours before the contract deadline:

“Malu, this is the best you’ve ever looked. You should do it.”➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️

As an athlete, I understood her disappointment. As her coach, I could see the progress that the placing hadn’t reflected.

She gave it another shot.

Our fourth show together… and she cracked the TOP FIVE. 🥹

Then came her message:
“5th place, Emmy. We made it.”

We both cried. Those words carried a whole year of work, adjustments, uncertainty, and trust. ➡️➡️➡️

That weekend, she was competing in Las Vegas while I was competing in Georgia. We still found time for our last video check-in, both in our suits, sharing the nerves and excitement before stepping onstage.➡️➡️➡️

And the sweetest full-circle moment? Malu was there for my first pro win in 2025, hugging me onstage and celebrating with so much happiness for me.

Now I get to celebrate her. 🤎 ➡️➡️➡️

This is what I mean when I say: if you’re all in, I will match your effort… and then some. I will invest in your journey like it’s my own.

I can’t guarantee placings or outcomes. But I can promise that I will be relentless in finding ways to help you improve. We’ll keep learning, adjusting, and working to bring your best ev

The pregnancy that ended the Olympia Prep..

Em, I know it was hard..

But you bounced back! You showed people what’s possible..

Anybody can tunnel vision on their goals..

But YOU show it’s possible to do it all, be it all, and have priorities be in line while keeping your passion alive.

I’m so proud of you! I love you!
1st, 5th, 8th - whatever!
There’s no competition really because you’re running a different race. You won before you got here - because you succeed wildly at everything - all at the same time.. and I don’t think anybody could do what you do/did.
To me, at least, you’re the absolute best.. and if I had to do it all again, I’d choose you.. in every version of life, in any circumstance, with any option available, I’d choose you!

Just get up there tomorrow and have some fun. 😘

This is one of those transformations that goes SO far beyond a before & after photo. 🥹❤️

The transformation I couldn’t be more PROUD to post.

Alicia started with us as a lifestyle client… and look at her now. 😭

55 lbs of fat loss, a whole lot of muscle gained, and an entirely different woman inside and out.

But what makes me the most proud isn’t just what you see in these photos.

It’s her consistency.
Her willingness to be coachable.
Her heart of gold.
The way she shows up for herself AND for her teammates, always encouraging, supporting, and celebrating the women around her.

It has truly been an honor to coach her and watch this journey unfold.

And THIS right here is our best look to date AND her best placing to date.

Now we’re heading into growth season, and I honestly couldn’t be more excited. We’re going to keep building, keep improving, and keep growing not only the physique, but the woman behind it.

And maybe one of my favorite parts of her story? Her commitment to fitness has inspired her husband AND her son to pursue their own fitness journeys too. 🥹

That’s IMPACT.

Alicia, I’m so incredibly proud of you. Thank you for trusting us with your journey. We’re nowhere near done. 🤎

Now it’s time to GROW!

Mom to mom: YOU can do it!

Next time you want to give up…

Remember who you are.

You’re a MOM who created life.
A mom your children look up to.
A mom doing ALL OF THIS on a few hours of broken sleep.
A mom who puts everyone else before herself.
A mom who keeps showing up even when she’s exhausted.
A mom who is chasing her own dreams while helping her children chase theirs.

And most importantly…

You’re a mom inspiring another mama somewhere to believe:

“Maybe I can do it too.” 🤎

So no… we’re not giving up. I’m not. If I can get compete as an IFBB pro at 7.5 months postpartum, I hope I’m showing you YOU CAN TOO!

We’re showing them what’s possible!

In honor of Olympia week, here’s my nationals routine from USA’s 💛

9 weeks post nationals and I still can’t believe we did that. So grateful for this foundation we have built and how much I am continuing to grow because of this sport, both as an athlete and as a person!

All credit to my amazing coach @huyenperson_ifbbpro , I couldn’t do this without her❤️

Current physique after a long period of putting my own bodybuilding on the back burner.

I’m moving it to the front again. 😅💪

The last year wasn’t a year of thriving. It was a year of survival.

I wasn’t falling apart, but I wasn’t moving forward either. I wasn’t excelling. I wasn’t progressing. Most days, I was doing everything I could just not to go backwards.

Pregnancy. A new baby. Adjusting to life with 6 kids. Business. Marriage. Responsibilities coming from every direction.

I was spread thin.

For a long time, it felt like I was treading water and paddling as hard as I could just to keep my head above it.

I couldn’t remember the last time I felt at peace. The last time I felt ahead. The last time I felt like I was actually thriving instead of just managing whatever came next.

But somewhere along the way, I adapted.

What once felt impossible became normal.

The weight didn’t necessarily get lighter. I just got stronger carrying it.

And I know a lot of people are living in that same place.

You haven’t quit. You’re still showing up. But somewhere along the way, surviving became enough.

Eventually you have to decide:

I survived this chapter. Now it’s time to build again.

That’s where I’m at.

I’ve missed bodybuilding. The pursuit. The structure. The discipline. Having something in front of me that demands more from me.

Not doing it 100% felt like I’d lost a piece of my identity.

So I’m taking it back.

I’m ready to push again. To be uncomfortable again. To find out what I can build from here.

And I want to coach people who feel that same fire coming back.

People who are done maintaining.
Done waiting for life to calm down.
Done knowing they’re capable of more without going after it.

You don’t need perfect circumstances.

You need a decision.

If you’re ready to stop treading water and start building again, come with me.

Coaching roster is open. 💪

🫈Sasquatch part 3💜
I went into this show
•failing my reverse, needing to lose over 30lbs. Successfully losing over 60lbs
•Finding a new a coach (lots of interviews). But found the perfect coach for ME.
•Life changing diagnosis of crohns, bad flare I couldn’t get out of to being in remission since August.
•To blending my family from 3 to 6.
•Working full time + plus a 2nd and even 3rd job occasionally.
•Switched divisions mid prep.

I wouldn’t change a damn thing!! This show gave me a goal and purpose to continue to make sure I prioritized myself and my health! And I’m so proud of myself. We are just getting started. We knew going into this show I wouldn’t be perfect but this would be a great start to figure out what is to come and it has lit the motivation/passion with in me. So thankful for @huyenperson_ifbbpro and @teamnextlevelwa . Here’s to the next two comps. 💗
