Valentine’s Day adventure. 6 mile trail with plenty of wild life, a lot of swamp puppy. And with my favorite hiking partner even though she can out pace me and I’m always trying to keep up with her @monlozval I love you

Someone told me that is not about the size it’s the strength. But maybe if your max out wasn’t my warm up then you should stay in your lane.

Deads at 575 x 6 which surprised even me

Rolling thunder 🔴

And last was sand bag that almost popped the bicep 🔴

Am I gonna beat myself knowing I did horrible ? Nope , just review my prep and training and what improvements to be made. On to the next one.

Finally got to complete in the highland game which has been in my list of things to do for years now. Over all a fun experience. Lots of technical things I need to learn still before I get do another. Thank you @foundation4sa for the opportunity

When a full month of deload is over and now I can play with fun weight again. Shoulder press felt easier the more sets , bench was a bit iffy as you can see in my face at the end. Time to get ready for some comps

Happy anniversary to the one I meet so many years ago. Not knowing she was the right girl for me. Another year has passed and you’re the only one I want to go on adventures on and explore the world or just stay in and have nap dates with. I love you to the sun and back @monlozval and can’t wait to see where our next adventures take us

After months of waiting for it to finally come to Miami we finally got to check out the ballon museum. My favorite was the ball pit as you can see. Overall it was fun experience. @monlozval sorry not sorry about the ball pit 😇 #miami #wynwood #ballonmuseum #museum #ballpit #art #artgallery taken in Miami, Florida by @irontitan
