Thank you for choosing me to be your mother, S. You are my greatest creation I have ever and will ever create. I love you.❤️

Since you were born I’ve been asked how has becoming a mother influenced your art? Its allowed me to experiment more which has lead to new discoveries. New ways of expression using different mediums. Its been the most incredible transformation I’ve ever experienced. It has brought me the greatest joy so of course I have to translate it through paint. It’s helped me so much transition and process this new beautiful chapter of my life. I’ll be sharing starting tomorrow.

2025 was a year full of living out my true motherhood dreams!

I faced so much growth. It was beautiful!

Along the way I still created. From sewing my own wardrobe, painting with my children, making flower crowns, embroidery, building a bench and table out of scrap wood. It was fun to create in different mediums. I learned more about myself and who I am as an artist.

Last bump photo before baby girl arrived!! I stayed up all through the night to sew this fit and an outfit for my Z to try and squeeze in family photos. Terrible mistake because I started getting waves of inconsistent contractions and ended up not sleeping two nights in a row. I had Chandler snap a couple photos of me and when midnight struck active labor began and she was born in water by sunrise! 🌼🧡 by @isabelemrich
