The Cordelia dress, in its simplest form, is a short sleeve or sleeveless mini dress. The instructions include how to add a ruffle, how to add a tier, how to add pintucks, and how to lengthen or shorten (think blouse, maxi dress, long sleeves etc). The options with this sewing pattern are endlessssssss 🙌🏼
