Found this hooded cowl on YouTube from simply intertwined and thought why not… made one to go with the open finger gloves and knit hat… now… does it need a scarf? Probably not. I live in California after all, but it’s been cold AF in NORCAL. So maybe… by @isangtahi

That was fun… but the length above the thumb is a little too long. Thanks to @marchingnorth for her video on YouTube. I made a change at the top, making the last 5 rows a rib knit, other than that, no changes. I’d probably make the body a little shorter, but otherwise love these. by @isangtahi

Working on making a harness out of denim. Trying to figure out the process… I have too the end of September… no rush at all… but DUDE!!! I can’t punch a damn hole through the denim AND the webbing. I need one of those presses but they’re too expensive! by @isangtahi

Bought my first @mascultory___ pattern. I love this jumper… especially the oversizeness of it all! I need some work to make it right for me. Have some construction issues because I used the serger for EVERY seam. I don’t think that was the right move… I am going to make it again, next time using my regular sewing machine!! by @isangtahi

It’s time for the sleeves and some of the finishing touches. Still not done and lots left to do, but I am so excited for the finishing of this!!! I’m waiting for the wrist strap and belt sliders from @buckleguycom. I am excited for the finishing.
This was just meant to be a toile for a trench for my brother, and I think I am keeping this and making the long trench for me as well.

I took this make very slowly, completing small parts at a time. Sewing no more than 2 hrs a day. I can really get stuck in on a project. I am really happy with the bottom hem of this trench! Hand sewing it was great!!

So a few weeks back… like 3… maybe 4… I started making my toile for Simplicity S9389. Because of the finished chest sizes, I decided to go with the size 40, and because this is a toile i went with the shorter length. Looking forward to see how this all goes…
