Sept 10 was a MASSIVE night of openings to kick off art month here in NYC. Might I suggest a block heel

Art Month is like Christmas in September for artists and purveyors where you can find new artists exhibiting across the city with weekly openings from now through Oct 17. One must be everything everywhere all at once to experience it fully and I sure did try

These were some of my favorites last night across some boutique and international galleries across the heavy hitter neighborhoods down 22-24 St in Chelsea and off Walker in Tribeca:

Prepare to get 10k steps weekly between 6 and 8 PM all month long

Next stop: emerging artists in Lower Manhattan across LES and Chinatown and a bun from Mei Lai Wah ♥️

and if you use this list to trek down to Tribeca and work up an appetite please get dumplings at Macao or rotolo pasta at 1WS

The angel of my 20’s 🩵

She was the dog that made non-dog people love her, that everyone just knew by looking at her that she was mine, and told me I’m so lucky to have found the perfect dog. She was perfect and still is. I can’t imagine my life without her entering it, and everything about her still has changed me.

Three cities, two countries, a couple step-dads (lol), so many chosen aunties and uncles, nearly seven years of life and six of adventures together later, peach’s love made an impression on me and so many that is everlasting.

So many of my friends here know her and love her so I just wanted to share - thank you for all the love you extended (really, reciprocated) to Peach, all of our memories with her in them are truly special to me. She’s still that happy dog you know, somewhere special, and also still with me and with all of us.

they say you can’t pick your family but then how did my unborn child end up with 6 new aunts and uncles???

🫛 friend group 🫛 appreciation post because i’ve never fallen so hard and so fast and it ended up being with the kindest, funniest group of people and i’m so lucky.

morgan would say “your mom would love this” and she is on ig and she probably will. parents in another country and family overall hundreds of miles away can be lonely for some people but with friends like these, i’ve never been more than a bus ride away from more love and support than i could ever dream of. i love you i love you i love you!!
