Today we remember and honor the courageous men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice allows us the freedoms we enjoy every day, and for that we are forever grateful.

As we spend time with family and loved ones this Memorial Day, let us never forget the true meaning behind the holiday.

With gratitude,

FULL CIRCLE moment 🥹🏡✨

Almost 2 weeks ago, my client Nicole officially became a homeowner!!! 🎉 And what makes this one even more special is that Nicole attended my VERY FIRST Home Buyer’s Bootcamp back in 2021. To see her stay consistent, trust the process, put in the work, and finally make this happen… wow. I’m beyond proud of her. ❤️

Nicole talked about breaking generational curses at the closing table, and that moment hit different. Seeing her mom so emotional and excited at the end had me over there high-fiving her because WE DID THAT! 🙌🏽✨

And little Ryan absolutely stole the show 😂❤️ He was so excited the entire time. At one point, he thought the house was mine because he had seen me at their new home with them so many times 😭 but baby, I just had to make sure they found the PERFECT home!

Not only did we secure her dream home — a SINGLE FAMILY home at that 🤏🏽🏡✨ — but I was also able to:
✨ Secure her $20,000 from the FHLB grant
✨ Negotiate $15,000 from the seller 🙌🏽

AND to make it even more special… Nicole and I actually went to high school together. 🥹

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Congratulations again Nicole & Ryan! Welcome home!

THANK YOU, to my amazing lending partner @lanithelender for making sure our client had a smooth road to settlement!

Secondly, my GO TO Title Company never disappoints! ☺️🫶🏽 @momentum_title_

And last but certainly not least, shoutout to my amazing videographer @mthdfilmco for capturing this heartfelt moment so beautifully — you brought their words and this experience to life perfectly.

Not all home sales are the same… and probate is one of the biggest examples of that.

If you’re a Personal Representative (PR), choosing a realtor who understands probate isn’t optional it’s critical.

Here’s why:

➡️ Selling without proper authority can delay or cancel your contract
➡️ Heir disputes can stop a deal mid transaction
➡️ Title issues can make a property uninsurable
➡️ Missed court requirements can push closing back months
➡️ Incorrect paperwork can void your entire contract

And when things drag out or fall apart… buyers walk away.

A probate experienced team doesn’t just list your home they help you navigate the legal process, avoid costly mistakes, and actually get to closing.

This isn’t just a sale. It’s an estate responsibility.

If you or someone you know is handling an estate, make sure you have the right people in your corner.

I became a Realtor to literally open the doors for my community. My people ..the ones who don’t have a clue about buying a home or where to begin. So many buyers are waiting on the sidelines waiting to get in the game they have questions & lots of them. Unfortunately, everyone on the internet claims to be an expert and there’s so much misinformation out here even “Chat” doesn’t have all the answers.

If you know me you know I’m not a gate keeper. I will share all the information I know to anyone open to receiving it !

So I’ve tapped my Dream Team of Real Estate professionals to answer all your questions & they’re bringing gifts big ones to help you in your home buying journey! Click the link in my bio to register & attend my “Hacks to Homeownership “ seminar on Sunday April, 26,2026 @6:00 pm.
