🏡 Buying a home? Your monthly payment is more than just the mortgage!

Principal, interest, property taxes, homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance, and possibly HOA fees all play a role in what you’ll pay each month.

But understanding the numbers is just one part of the process. Understanding your closing costs and what you’re signing matters, too!

That’s why having the RIGHT team in your corner makes a difference. 🤎

I love working with professionals who take the time to educate clients before, during, AND after closing so they feel informed throughout the process.

🏡 Realtors: If you’re looking for a title company that prioritizes educating your clients, check out my go-to!

Close with @island_settlement_services and tell them BRI SENT YOU! 💙

Congratulations to my new buyers and sellers! 🏡✨

What a month it was! I’m so proud of my agents and everyone behind the scenes who helped make these closings happen.

Real estate is not for the faint of heart. Behind every transaction is a story, countless phone calls, problem-solving, and a team of realtors and lenders hustling to get each loan across the finish line while making it look easy.

Thank you to every client, agent, referral partner, friend, and family member for your continued trust and support. It never goes unnoticed.

Last month was full in every sense of the word. We celebrated my husband’s and baby’s birthdays, Father’s Day, a high school graduation, navigated a mini TDY, and finally took our first baecation since we’ve been together. Through it all, I’m incredibly grateful to continue helping families achieve homeownership while making memories with my own.

Here’s to an even stronger second half of the year! 💜🏡

FULL CIRCLE moment 🥹🏡✨

Almost 2 weeks ago, my client Nicole officially became a homeowner!!! 🎉 And what makes this one even more special is that Nicole attended my VERY FIRST Home Buyer’s Bootcamp back in 2021. To see her stay consistent, trust the process, put in the work, and finally make this happen… wow. I’m beyond proud of her. ❤️

Nicole talked about breaking generational curses at the closing table, and that moment hit different. Seeing her mom so emotional and excited at the end had me over there high-fiving her because WE DID THAT! 🙌🏽✨

And little Ryan absolutely stole the show 😂❤️ He was so excited the entire time. At one point, he thought the house was mine because he had seen me at their new home with them so many times 😭 but baby, I just had to make sure they found the PERFECT home!

Not only did we secure her dream home — a SINGLE FAMILY home at that 🤏🏽🏡✨ — but I was also able to:
✨ Secure her $20,000 from the FHLB grant
✨ Negotiate $15,000 from the seller 🙌🏽

AND to make it even more special… Nicole and I actually went to high school together. 🥹

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Congratulations again Nicole & Ryan! Welcome home!

THANK YOU, to my amazing lending partner @lanithelender for making sure our client had a smooth road to settlement!

Secondly, my GO TO Title Company never disappoints! ☺️🫶🏽 @momentum_title_

And last but certainly not least, shoutout to my amazing videographer @mthdfilmco for capturing this heartfelt moment so beautifully — you brought their words and this experience to life perfectly.

I became a Realtor to literally open the doors for my community. My people ..the ones who don’t have a clue about buying a home or where to begin. So many buyers are waiting on the sidelines waiting to get in the game they have questions & lots of them. Unfortunately, everyone on the internet claims to be an expert and there’s so much misinformation out here even “Chat” doesn’t have all the answers.

If you know me you know I’m not a gate keeper. I will share all the information I know to anyone open to receiving it !

So I’ve tapped my Dream Team of Real Estate professionals to answer all your questions & they’re bringing gifts big ones to help you in your home buying journey! Click the link in my bio to register & attend my “Hacks to Homeownership “ seminar on Sunday April, 26,2026 @6:00 pm.
