Getting to play the Leading Player has been an experience I’ll never forget. I’ve gotten to perform in so many ways I haven’t before and it’s been so incredible to explore these different areas of performing and of myself. Ive gotten to be sexy, ferocious, fabulous, magical, and foolish all in one character. The leading player has taught me so much about confidence and just owning who I am! I truly feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin then I ever have before. I’m so grateful for this opportunity💋

This has been such an amazing group of people to work amongst and the magic wouldn’t have been possible with each and every member of the cast and production team.🪄

I’ve been holding off this post for a while now, mostly because I’m a little sad it’s over. This show has truly meant the world to me and I’m so glad I got to experience it with such an incredible group of people! Coming to rehearsal every night surrounded by POC was such a great feeling and I’m so glad I gained such a sense of community that I’ve never had before.
This show is so built on love, community, and family. you made me feel all those things with every note you sang, dance move you hit, and any piece of blocking I gave you!

To my dear cast, thank you such much for being apart of this production, I truly couldn’t have done it without any of you. You all brought so much light and life to your characters, I could watch this show forever and never be tired of it. You are all such beautiful performers and lovely people! I hope to work with you all again. You’ve all taught me so much throughout this process and I’ll carry it with me forever! You’ve done something incredible and I hope you are proud of that!❤️ #POCSLAY #letsdoitagain #ily

To my production team, literally the best people to work with ever and really made the show come to life!
@sophia_friesen for being the best first time stage manager and sitting in every rehearsal, doing 100 jobs at once. You handled everything so perfectly and the show was so smooth because of you!
@emilytrujillomartens omg I couldn’t have done this without your incredible dances, they made the show feel so full of energy and I felt so confident in all the dance moves. I can’t wait to work with you again!
@audreyjfry and @eatbekfasteveryday your music direction was everything and more! you helped us find such a beautiful sound as a company, and I’m so proud of how everyone sounded!
@hazzazel_mae you fully understood how I wanted costumes to look and you executed it perfectly!
@adarynblairhealy and @littlelemonproductions thank you so much for trusting me with this show and, letting me direct it. you made this possible. I’ll be thankful for this experience for the rest of my life!🍋❤️ taken in New Prospect Theatre by @ismaellanderos36
