One day we will be providing all organic produce through our own garden. Until then we are very grateful to be able to partner up with one of the only true ORGANIC Farmers around the area.
Early bird organics who are a small family run farm just out of Gisborne. 95% of the produce from our boxes & juices come from here also with other local organic farmers / maara kai gardens.

Coming soon…

My time at Early Bird Organics.
Where I learned how to look after an Organic Farm. From Germinating seeds, to transplanting seedlings and planting on the back of a tractor or with our bare hands. Harvesting Fruit & Vegetables, To thinning, pruning and girdling a Kiwifruit & Apple Orchard. Also got to see Free ranged chickens which still made me not want to eat them or eggs 😂😂😂 Grateful for Jon & Tania for showing me my future. And to be able to bring my whole family for the journey is an experience I will never forget. taken in Turanganui A Kiwa by @italflavaz

@namawell juicer has been a key tool in my family’s health the last 5 years, fresh daily Juice has definitely helped clean our vessels to combat those seasonal colds much easier, I’d recommend anyone get one.

Here’s some juice that’s a few days old, but with a quick shake they are back to looking as fresh as ever, they usually can store up to 5-7 days but have known to store for 14+ days with Vit C. Otherwise it starts to ferment and turn kombucha like, which is still yum 🤤

Kowiniwini & Whataroa 💜🥔
(Ancient Heirloom Maori potato’s)

- Google says these are only grown in the South Island…don’t listen to google 😂

Hand picked from the farm to your plate.
Please don’t be annoyed if you see us give you small sizes “of Maori” as we try to harvest it as naturally as possible so you the consumer gets that feel of what it’s like to be out in the @italmaarakai garden harvesting your own🌳

But if you would like the box with less dirt / dust let us know and we can rinse wash your produce thoroughly, even though the organic microbes are good for us 🙌

Find these heirloom beauties in our ITAL BOXES the next couple weeks while in season.

Thanks for all the support so far🌟

Ital is vital🌞

(Currently have 12 boxes pre ordered all with extra juices for next week. If you wish for a delivery / pick up next Friday 19th Jan. please order no later than Monday 430pm)
