This is honestly how we have been able to keep our kids and ourselves away from takeaway franchise food for the last 6 years!!! With HOMEMADE KAI! 🙌🏾🤏🏾
When your homemade plant based food tastes WAYYYY BETTER than anything out there or anything you have ever tried… It’s easy to give garbage oops I mean artificial food up for REAL WHOLE FOODS! 🌱💚

These were just simple as “vegetarian pizza’s” made with only simple ingredients (onion, olives, pineapple, capsicums & tomatoes)! But what made them plant based was the sauces and especially my famous cheese sauce that I make myself from scratch and use on pretty much everything! From pizza’s & pasta’s, to nacho’s & taco’s and even burgers & hot dogs.

Once you get the flavours on point! 👌🏾 Nothing can stop you from being plant based! Especially when the flavour combination explodes in your mouth you honestly don’t even miss meat or dairy because the FLAVOUR is all there 🤌🏾 Anyways enjoy my free recipe that I created for a plant based cashew cheese sauce 🌱

𝐑𝐀𝐖 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐒𝐀𝐔𝐂𝐄
𝐼𝑁𝐺𝑅𝐸𝐷𝐼𝐸𝑁𝑇𝑆 (All Certified Organic)
1 Cup Cashews
1 Cup Plant Milk
3 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
1-2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1-2 Tsp Onion Powder
1-2 Tsp French (Yellow) Mustard or Mustard Powder
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Drizzle of Olive Oil
(Add more flavouring/seasoning if you like)

𝑀𝐸𝑇𝐻𝑂𝐷
1. Soak cashews for over 4 hours prior to making sauce. (4 hours minimum as nuts contain high levels of toxins by soaking them in water prior to digestion helps to remove the toxins from the nuts while also helping the body to break down and digest the nuts easily).
2. Combine ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.
(If you would like it more liquidly, just add a little bit more water. Add it slowly so you don’t make it to runny. The cheese sauce should be nice and thick.)

After 15 years he finally got down on one knee and asked THE question and I finally got to say YES! 💍
I can’t believe I get to one day marry my actual soulmate and my real life best friend! 🤍✨

And yes we got engaged all in GUMBOOTS! 😂🤣
Something you can only get away with in good old New Zealand! 🇳🇿

Ps. Our girls were the ones behind the camera capturing the moment of their mama & dada choosing to commit to each other on a deeper level! 💜💜💜

We just celebrated our 15 years anniversary! 🤍✨
15 years of saying yes to the same person!
15 years of sharing space with the same person!
15 years of facing life’s challenges together!
15 years of always choosing each other!
For 15 years of my life Levi has been my safe space, my peaceful place and my heart & my home 🫶🏾
Back when we were young a lot of people used to try to make fun of me for only loving and being with one person in my whole life! But now that we are older our 15 years relationship is the thing that I am most proud of! Not many souls get the opportunity to even experience a commitment like ours! The fact that we continued to stay committed to only each other proves that we signed our contract with the divine creator! 🌀

I always get gutted cause we lost all of our old photos from loosing all our old phones… So we lost all of our old memories of when we first met in 2011, from when we lived over in The UK for almost a year, and to when we went travelling all around to different places of the world together! But the greatest adventure that we have ever been on in life is the journey of being conscious parents and raising our babies together! This life that we live and have created together is far greater than anything I could have ever imagined! and for that I will always be grateful for you my hun 🙏🏾❤️

Happy 15 years anniversary my FIANCÉE!!! 💍😂
I FINALLY GOT THE RING YO! 💍🤍✨

It’s takes guts to intentionally create a legacy worth living and worthy of standing strong through the generations all while consciously raising your children who are the next generation! So many parents believe they have to have the business established before having children… But what if your children are the very purpose behind your business in the first place! You are not late or behind if you wish to create your families legacy WITH or IN RONT of your children! You are actually allowing your children to be ahead in life! Because while other children are watching what other people do… Our children are too busy helping us do what we do! Then when they are ready they will take everything over one day! 🌞 The way it always should be! 🙏🏾✨

Graduated 👩🏾‍🎓 & Engaged 💍 All in the same week! 🤍 #cancersoltice #divinealignment #sacredunion

Levi & I celebrated our 15 years anniversary together on the 02.06.2026 just casually as like how we do… But that day Levi woke me up to say that he had ordered me a custom made ring! 💍 But unfortunately it was still on its way… Fast forward to my graduation 👩🏾‍🎓 On the 10.02.2026 where Levi made a proud declaration of love and his version of a public proposal to me as I went on stage to accept my certificate! 🥰❤️✨ To yesterday 11.02.2026 when the ring arrived and he showed our girls before showing me and then made them all apart of it in the best way possible! 🥹💜 They were the ones who filmed the actual engagement! 😂 It was the most perfect way for Levi & I! No serious fuss! Just us choosing to continue to commit to each other and our sacred divine relationship like how we have done for the last 15 years all in front of our babies… 🫶🏾 I honestly couldn’t ask for more than that! ✨

For those wondering why this engagement took so long… Or to those thinking that they could never wait 15 years for a ring 💍 Need to understand that we both got together at 15 & 16 years of age! When Levi first asked me to be his girlfriend all those years ago… I made him make me ONE promise! To not even THINK about marriage until we have RAISED children together! Not just had children but actually committed ourselves to raising them… We had our first children together after 9 years of being in a relationship and now that we are 6 years into consciously raising our tamariki together! All while thriving in life together! It was more than the perfect time and perfect moment to deepen our commitment we already have for each other and our sacred union 🙏🏾 15 years later and Levi actually kept and fulfilled his promise to me! 🤍

Our kaupapa! What we are all about!

Our kaupapa is simple! To remind humanity just how powerful we truly are! Yes what we are all about is Whānau, Papatūānuku, Māra Kai, Rongoā, Hauora & ĀĪŌ! And yes we live this through the oranga that we live & lead by every day! By living a conscious lifestyle, eating plant based nutrition, having holistic health & healing, supporting natural materials, only buying clean (no toxic) products or making them ourselves, seeking organic ingredients & whole foods and we are all about loving everything plants & nature... But our true mission is to awaken humanity to our Atuatanga! To our DIVINITY! When you become lighter as a being you become more electric within your body! When you live this lifestyle you increase your Mauri! Your LIFE FORCE ENERGY! It is more than what you may see on the surface level.
Let me ask you this…
How hard are you to control if YOU CONTROL what goes into and onto your Tinana?! How hard are you to control if YOU CONTROL your thoughts & emotions through meditation & regulation of your Hinengaro! How hard are you to control when YOU CONTROL how much you Fast for your Wairua! How hard are you to control when YOU CONTROL the kai you & your whanau eat by growing it yourself or helping the organic farmers that grow it for you! How hard are you to control when YOU CONTROL the responsibility of yours & your whanau’s Hauora and everything that goes on with it! How hard are you to control when YOU CONTROL what you don’t support and what you support aka corrupt corporations vs ethical businesses! The answer is... YOU BECOME SOVEREIGN! Someone that can’t be controlled! Has the power to truly create their own reality! That is how much power we have as humanity... And that is why the world is designed the way it is to keep your soul trapped in the world of false & illusion aka the matrix system!
That is why I would say our kaupapa is to help free humanity from the matrix of indoctrination by awakening them to the truth that has always been within them all along! By showing them a way of living that is outside the system of the very matrix system itself!

When we say to invest in planting more fruit trees… This right here is what we mean! Levi planted this Cherry Guava Tree only 2 years ago from a little cutting! And now it is the size it is today AND FRUITING! If our kaupapa is to grow delicious & nutritious kai for people to try… Then so be it! If our kaupapa is to showcase what Hauora at the ultimate level looks like… Then so be it! If our kaupapa is to push people to SEEDED FRUIT! THEN SO BE IT!
We have raised our tamariki this way since birth so when it comes to living a conscious lifestyle & taking care of one’s Hauora in a holistic way… We have over 6 years experience of living this way of life now! Planting more fruit trees and consuming more fruit with seeds in them would not only be beneficial for humanity’s health but for Papatuanuku’s & other beings life + health as well! Planting more trees in general brings more biodiversity to the earths environment and more biodiversity the more health there is in the soil! The more health is in the soil the more quality micronutrients there is in our food! And the more nutrients that are in our food… The healthier we are!
I hope you can see the true circle of life here! No living being has to die or be spiritually sacrificed here on earth as fruit always gives itself off the tree to us!
By living a plant based lifestyle is how I truly learned to understand this reference…
Genesis 1:29 NIV “Then God said, I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food”! 🙏🏾💚 I’m not really fussed if you do not align or connect with our kaupapa! But to live here on earth and not align with her needs is not enough anymore!

Come and make a Ital/Vital Fruit Salad with me! 🤏🏾
From all the fruit that we have growing in the backyard! Golden Peaches, Pears, Feijoa’s, NZ Grapes and Persimmons (I ate that by itself lol) all make up one meke as fruit salad! 👌🏾 When I say the best part about living a fully plant based lifestyle for the last 6 years is eating all the fruit that we get to eat… I truly mean it! For me nothing beats the feeling of living kai being the energy that my Tinana will thrive on! I also LOVE the flavours that fruits give us! I guess you will never have this appreciation for fruit if you have never cleansed out your body from junk food! 🤷🏾‍♀️ But for me FRUIT IS LIFE! FRUIT IS VITALITY! Once I detoxed and cleansed my body through Fasting is when I came to this understanding! Having appreciation for where your food comes from was another massive shift that happened after going plant based! Before that I never had a second thought about the process we take as human beings to get fresh kai! The fact that most people are eating imported fruit from other countries that have lost all of its nutritional value is truly sad…
So take this as a sign that if you love fruit as much as we do PLANT FRUIT TREES! So that you can enjoy the abundance that fruit from the earth and straight off the tree or vine can truly give us 💚

Who’s going to give this fruit salad combo a try? It’s also a great healthy snack for the kids! It’s a win win for everyone 👍🏾

We are here to live a life of abundance from nothing… and Te Tairāwhiti has provided that for us! 🌞
This is what our backyard looks like at the moment!
Full of LIFE! Full of VITALITY! Full of BIODIVERSITY!
Full of ABUNDANCE!

Before we moved back home over 3 years ago a lot of negative energy came our way! Saying that we would never be able to live a sustainable plant based lifestyle over here in Aotearoa… Not knowing that over 60 years ago Levi’s grandmother and his GREAT GRANDPARENTS had planted all of these trees on their whanau whenua!
I always say to Levi it’s like your grandparents planted these trees here just for us! Because living a plant based lifestyle you mainly eat or consume FRUIT! So these fruits are what is mostly sustaining us right now! Eating them, juicing them or freezing them to put into smoothies or preserving them in some way is what helps us to stay on path & to thrive in life!

Honestly moving back home was probably the best move for us and the plant based lifestyle that we live! If the kai doesn’t come from our own trees then our neighbours offer us their fruit from all their trees as they all know WE WILL EAT IT! It’s also a big part of Manakitanga as Māori to share what we have with our community! Fresh kai that comes from the earth! Straight from the soil or straight off the tree is the ital living that we are here to share and here to be for the world! The last video is of our next season fruits getting ready to be in season! All our CITRUS! 🍊 We have a mandarin tree, tangelo tree, 2 orange trees, 2 lemon trees and a lime tree! I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL FOR THIS LIFE WE LIVE! 🙏🏾

The biggest reason we are so determined to give our children the best products in the world for their Hauora/Health and Wellbeing… Is due to the fact that as parents we understand that we are not living in the same world and most definitely not the same environment as our grandparents (the boomer generation) were living in! Only 50-100 years ago the word “Organic” didn’t even exist because that was just the normal way of growing our food! Back in their day you could literally pick an orange off a tree and it will have all the vitamin c you needed! In today’s world our fresh produce has been so depleted in micronutrients/essential vitamins and minerals because our soil quality is damaged from all the harmful chemicals that get sprayed on & over us! Water was actually just water back in those days! No fluoride no chlorine JUST H20! Our taiao/natural environment like our awa’s/rivers were pristine clean! Today they are highly contaminated from all the 1080 poisoning that happens in our Ngāhere’s/forests in the hopes of killing a few pests but at the risk of loosing so much natural biodiversity! Back in their time there was no such thing as weather modification! No planes were flying past dropping poison above our heads and in our atmosphere! Even vaccines weren’t such a thing back then as they are today! Because most of the diseases didn’t even exist unlike the amount of crazy diseases that exist today! For instance look at the high rising rates and statics in things like heart diseases, in cancer and in things even like autism… The numbers are so much higher than from only 50-100 years ago! and that is highly concerning!

As parents we can only do our best in raising our children to be consciously aware of their environment they live in and that they know how to take care of their Hauora/Health and Wellbeing in the best ways possible!
Also as a parent I am conscious enough to raise my children with a solid foundation of trust within themselves and the earth! Because I refuse to allow my kids to go through life not knowing that they are being poisoned at every turn! Because it’s not their fault that they live in such a toxic world… IT IS OURS!
