Crazy what a difference a year makes!Im standing in the same spot and look almost like a completely different person! On the right I was the heaviest that I had ever been.I would start, stop, then start again go a month and a half consistent then get inconsistent AGAIN,it was at that moment I realized I needed ACCOUNTABILITY that’s where @vthetrainer came in.On my best days and whew don’t get me started on the worst of days he pushed me and made me remember how bad I wanted to LOVE what I saw when I looked in the mirror.I appreciate you more than you know! When it came down to community,CONSISTENCY and food cheat codes 😂 @melegancy provided safe spaces and challenged me.Seeing her never waver on her bad days gave me zero excuses and pushed me even harder.Starting Monday we go AGAIN another 75 days and I couldn’t be more excited! “Abs like Teyana,Back like Rubi Rose”✌🏽Ok bye by @its_just_ace
