Texas summer heat is officially here... ☀️🔥
And if you're a hot girl who plans on being outside, lash extensions are a non negotiable.

No melted mascara.

No extra time getting ready.

Just wake up, brush your lashes, and go.

My Royal Set 👑 is soft, wispy, and effortlessly pretty.

Summer appointments are filling up. Reserve yours before your vacation, pool days, and brunch dates hit the calendar. ✨

I’m just a lil’ Mo City woman, rooted in God, surrounded by the best community in the world — led by leaders who have covered me in prayer, love, and unwavering support.

When God gives you something to build, it’s not for applause… it’s for impact.

And that impact is designed to solve a problem, carry healing, and create the very thing this world has been missing.

Stop second-guessing your vision because others can’t see it. It wasn’t given to them — it was entrusted to you.

Build it anyway.
Walk it out boldly.
Trust the One who assigned it.

The wait is long over due.
HONEY back to work!🐝🍯

Results don’t come from thinking about it.
They come from committing.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it.

A few glute focused exercises we did today.

✅ Sumo squats – wide stance, toes out, driving those knees open. That stance shifts the love from just quads to full-on glute engagement. Basically: the wider the base, the bigger the booty burn.

✅ Elevated front foot Smith reverse lunges – this one’s sneaky. That front foot on a plate changes the angle so the glute takes the brunt of the work. You’ll wobble, you’ll sweat, but your glutes will thank me later.

✅ Hip thrust machine w/ resistance band – thrusting alone is powerful, but add a band above the knees and now the side glutes (glute medius) gotta clock in. That’s how you shape from every direction.

Ladies, this ain’t just about filling out jeans—it’s about strength, balance, and confidence. Fellas, take notes: glute training = athletic power, not just aesthetics.
