Hi friends. 👋🏾 Just some barbell squats from yesterday's leg day. These are partials, I've been dealing with a messed up knee for a while, and haven't pushed this much weight on barbell squats in a while. Still working on being able to get deeper with the heavier weight again, but 245 felt good for the partials. Always a work in progress, but we keep going.

Hi friends 👋🏾 So I did a thing that I never said I'd do - I joined an LA Fitness location 😬 Those who know me know that I'm Crunch fella, and typically anti-LA fitness (I can make a reel about that later) but oh my goodness, this was a decent LA Fitness and good experience each time I've visited, and it's SUPER convenient to my day job, so I bit the bullet and joined. Maybe I'll write a review later. 🤷🏾 But for now, just enjoy this current picture of me from after today's workout!
