POSTS STORIES REELS

After 10 amazing years of playing professionally in the League of Legends scene, it’s time to say goodbye to the competitive stage. 🏆🎮

This journey has been nothing short of incredible. From unforgettable matches to lifelong friendships, I’m beyond grateful for every moment. To my teammates, coaches, fans, and everyone who’s supported me through the highs and lows—thank you for being part of this wild ride.

Retiring is bittersweet, but I’m excited to see what the next chapter holds. This isn’t goodbye forever—just a new beginning. 🫶

As for what’s next, I will be transitioning into Real Estate. The business world is something I quickly fell in love with. The idea of building something of my own and helping so many people brings me so much happiness. If you wanted to follow my Real Estate journey, follow me on @andytaestates!

If you’re in Los Angeles and are looking to buy, sell, rent or invest into Real Estate, please don’t be shy to reach out!

JUST LEASED | 11347 Mississippi Ave. | Leased for $11,000/month

Proud to announce another successful luxury lease in West Los Angeles! This modern smart home, located just steps from Sawtelle’s iconic Japantown, is officially off the market and ready for my clients to call home. 🌴✨

This was a challenging one. With clients with a tight deadline of only 2 weeks and very specific needs, I was able to help them find the perfect home that checked every box. These clients were moving from abroad to LA with little to no guidance until they had a friend help reach out to me and it ended up being a great fit. Without being able to be here in person, these clients trusted me and had full faith in me to be their eyes on the ground. Being an expert in the field means knowing the market, but also knowing your client. In this deal, I needed to utilize all of my experience in the real estate field as well as my over a decade long background being in West LA.

My clients were searching for something truly elevated, a place with standout architecture, high-end finishes, and a central Westside location. After touring a number of options, this one immediately checked every box.

With 4 private master suites, spa-inspired bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a chef’s kitchen featuring top-of-the-line Miele appliances, this residence delivers the perfect blend of luxury, design, and everyday comfort. The in-home elevator and seamless indoor-outdoor flow put it in a league of its own.

What made this deal especially rewarding was the teamwork from all sides. With clear communication and smooth negotiations, we secured a long-term lease that aligned perfectly with my clients’ needs and timeline.

Huge congratulations to my clients on securing this incredible home and beginning their next chapter in LA living! 🏡💫

JUST SOLD! 🎉 | Sold price: $690,000

Absolutely thrilled to share that this home just sold for $690,000, setting a record sale time in the Metropolis II building! We opened escrow after just 12 days on market, compared to the building’s average of over 120 days.

This one came with its fair share of challenges complex lending conditions, tight timelines, and negotiations that required precision to make both sides feel great about the deal. Through experience and creative problem-solving, we were able to navigate every hurdle and get this one across the finish line smoothly.

Grateful to have clients who trusted the process and thrilled to deliver results that truly exceeded expectations.
