You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need a plane ticket and a little bit of faith.

Two years ago, I stood trackside at F1 Montreal, knowing it was just the beginning. That weekend, I met someone who would change my life in ways I could have never imagined.

Last weekend, I woke up before the birds even started singing. By noon, I was Miami-bound. All from just one phone call from that very person.

The F1 experience is unmatched, but it’s always been the connections beyond the track that mattered most to me. These are the kind of people who expand your vision, elevate your ambition, and make you believe in what is possible.

When you pour into relationships with genuine intent, those moments of serendipity don’t feel like luck; they feel like alignment.

And it doesn’t have to be an F1 event. Sometimes, it’s just a coffee that changes your life. A message. A phone call. An introduction.

We often think we need to have everything perfectly mapped out before we take that leap, but sometimes you just need to jump in headfirst and not let fear get in the way.

Keep dreaming. Keep working. Be patient. What is meant for you will find its way, and what is not will drift away...

The truth is, you don’t always know where saying 'yes' will take you. But sometimes, the best stories start with a single leap of faith. Trust that each step is leading you exactly where you need to be, even if the path isn’t clear just yet.

Sometimes the door won’t open until you knock louder.

I didn’t have a plan. Just a deep desire to share my story and the guts to be bold.

Five years ago, I started posting my journal entries on social media. Thoughts on personal growth, moments of self-doubt, lessons from the bike, behind-the-scenes of content creation.

It wasn’t polished. It wasn’t always consistent. But it was real.
And that was enough to build momentum.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the years (and one I’m in constant reminder of) is that imperfect action teaches you faster than waiting for the “right time” ever will. Showing up especially when confidence falters is how you build trust. Trust in yourself and your work (easier said than done, I know.)

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with global brands across cycling, wellness, and motorsport. I’m immensely grateful to all of the people who have given me those opportunities. From chasing a bucket-list dream in cycling, to studying marketing, to influencer work with top brands, to consulting on digital strategy, to now launching an agency and podcast to help elevate others, I’ve grown alongside every step.

I’ll be the first to admit I don’t have it all figured out.

But I’ll also be the first to say I kept knocking and persisted. Some might call it pushy or intense. I call it tenacious, passionate, and confident in my potential.

Have I nailed everything? No. Made mistakes? Absolutely. 
But I kept moving forward, slowly but surely, even when no one was clapping.

This is your reminder: YOUR story is your superpower. Your start doesn’t have to be perfect to be pivotal.

Never doubt sending that message. And never forget how much your personal story matters.

Still pinching myself that I had the opportunity to attend the F1 Movie Premiere in New York this week!

An extraordinary event surrounded by some of the brightest and most visionary minds across sport, film, and global culture.

This film resonated deeply with me, not just as a high-octane story of motorsport or one man’s relentless pursuit of greatness, but as a powerful exploration of universal themes: the strength of female leadership, the power of teamwork, lessons in resilience, community, purpose, and the ability of sport to bring people together across borders.

As Formula 1 continues its global rise, transcending sport to become a cultural and commercial force, this film marks a pivotal moment. It reflects how motorsport, once niche, is now shaping the way we think about innovation, diversity, storytelling, and legacy.

A heartfelt thank you to Warner Brothers and Joe Kosinski for the kind invitation and the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful moment in both film and motorsport history.

Never felt so confident.

I just got back from the Miami GP and I’ve never been at an event where I’ve felt so confident in myself and in my body. Random strangers came up to me saying how strong I looked and how much I was glowing.

Safe to say that one of the biggest changes I’ve made over the past two months has been adding in strength training at Yard to my weekly routine.

It’s a simple decision yet one that has made me show up better in all areas of my life. Sometimes I walk into the gym feeling motivated, other times I haven’t felt like myself. But I always leave better than when I walk in.

As a woman, feeling confident and sexy on the inside and out is a powerful weapon. Not only do we show up better for ourselves, but we do so in a greater capacity for others. Our energy is contagious.

Yard has been a game changer for me and I know it will be for you, too. I could not recommend this place enough.
