2023 - The most painful yet transformative year yet. From deep heartbreak and being cracked open to becoming a better version of myself. Many stumbles along the way and hard growing pains that I had to learn the hard way. I have been blessed with such incredible opportunities in 2023 and have been loved by so many amazing people that I get to call dear friends. I am thankful for another year on this planet. 🤍 . . . #itsanneries #2023recap #newyear #2024 #cyclinglife #yearinsport #stravacycling #cyclinggirls #cyclingpics #cyclingmotivation

Let go of the “I can’t” mindset Life is one wild adventure, not just a checklist of the things we think we “should” do. Life is a string of moments waiting to be lived. A time to not hold back, to say “I can’t” or wait to do anything that you want to do in your life. Change your life path, try something new, follow the dream, leave your job, end a relationship. Time and time again I have realized that something is never a ‘failure’ in life if at least you try. Taking the risk, betting on yourself, listening to your gut, and just going all in. Reflecting back on this year especially, I have realized that a lot of the opportunities that I have had have come from me doing it scared. Trying anyways. Trying my best to take imperfect action. Because that action of trying means more to me than doing nothing at all. I often freeze up and get quiet when I feel overwhelmed or anxious. But something I have tried to do time and time again is get out of my shell and just do it scared. Do it anxious. Keep trying and keep showing up. Listening to that little inner voice of true knowing rather than of doubt. If I hadn’t done that then I certainly wouldn’t be in the place I am in today. Living my life on my own terms, creating to serve, and living a life of true passions. I still have a lot to figure out, but I know deep down that ALL of the things I am pursuing are things that truly invigorate me, things that ultimately are with the hope of inspiring others. Let’s all let go of the “I can’t” mindset and get rid of that inner voice of doubt. Let’s turn that narrative into determination, not fear. Don’t ever, every doubt who you are or what you are capable of doing. The only reason we haven’t attempted or accomplished something is simply because we haven’t done it yet. Don’t let anything stop you from being the best version of you or doing anything that you want to do in your life. Take the chance on yourself. What have you got to lose?! . . . #itsanneries #whysherides #growthmindset #takingaction #followyourdreams #2024goals #focusonyourself #selflove #successmindset #womensempowerment #consistency #2024 #athletemotivation #femaleathlete #cyclinggirls

From a childhood curiosity to a lifelong love affair, my journey with cars has been nothing short of invigorating. As an athlete, I have always been into sources of speed and experiences that are filled with adrenaline. Whether it be a car or a bike, I love learning about in the intricacies beyond the aesthetics of each. The heartbeat underneath the hood, the story behind each car maker, or the geometry and innovation behind the top bicycle brand in the world. Not just about a pretty car or bike, but the symphony of both power and precision whilst having ultimate control. Both driving cars and riding bikes has been a source of therapy for me (and I am sure for many others). I can’t ever get enough of driving through scenic roads and hearing the sound of a European engine or descending down a mountain and being alone with my thoughts, the empty road, and my loud free hub. This is a pursuit of passion, an adrenaline-fuelled dance with the unknown. In the driver’s seat or in the saddle, I find not only speed but a sense of solace. An intersection of two passions whilst embracing a road that is perhaps less traveled, I am excited to share this new venture and creative that I have been working on for some time now. Fasten your seatbelt, because the journey is just beginning. . . . #itsanneries #whysherides #cargirlsdoitbetter #motorsport #formula1 #womeninmotorsport #cargirls #cargirlsofinstagram #pirelli #pirellimotorsport #pirellityres #fit4f1 #pirelli Female driver sitting in Audi car and looking at camera in drivers seat. You can do it, too. For so much of my life I acted small. Fearful of what others thought. Not confident in my skin. Always seeking approval and wanting to be perfect. Not wanting to mess up because I didn’t want to be a failure. Now I am living my life for me. Confident. Empowered. Head down. Not scared of fear or failure. Learning as I go. Trying to balance it all. Growing a brand, working with brands, creating, being, doing. Not worried about what others think or criticize me about. Just being true to myself. The biggest thing that changed the narrative was my mindset. We can be, do, and have ANYTHING we want in life. It’s up to us to put in the work and believe that we are capable of living the life of our wildest dreams. Are you stepping into your ultimate potential? Or will you act small? Watch others instead of pursue your own dreams? Let’s the opportunities fall away because you were too scared? . . . #itsanneries #motivation #selflove #dailyinspiration #bossladymindset #bossbabes #sidehustle #quoteoftheday #successprinciples #femaleentrepreneur
