POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I entered Miss South Africa with one clear message: #StandStrongSA.

For those facing unemployment, feeling burnt out, constantly exhausted or alone.

I believe movement is an underutilised tool - for a space to breathe, cope and build mental strength that carries into everyday life.

For her and for him. A chance to rebuild confidence, find a little motivation and develop the determination, even when life feels heavy.

Movement won’t change every circumstance. But it can help us reconnect with ourselves and with people who remind us we don’t have to face everything alone.

That’s what Stand Strong means to me: finding your strength, and helping someone else find theirs. taken in Cape Town, Western Cape by @itscoach.kay

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT - in case you missed the stories…

The journey to @official_misssa 2026 is officially coming to your screens. 🇿🇦

Episode 1 drops 3 October, and you’ll finally get to see a little more of what has been happening behind the scenes - the challenges, the growth, the conversations, the chaos, and everything in between.

I came into Miss South Africa wanting to use this platform to build something that could exist beyond the competition and #StandStrongSA has become a very real part of that.

So now I’m asking you to come along for the ride. 🤍
Watch. Share. Comment. And when you see your girl on screen, make some noise for me. 😂🇿🇦

For a long time, I thought I needed one clear answer to the question, “Where do you come from?”

Learning more about my heritage has taught me that I can hold more than one history and still belong fully to this country. There is beauty in those roots. There is pain, too. And there is so much I’m still learning.

This is my story, not a definition for every Coloured South African.

Happy Heritage Day, South Africa. What part of your heritage are you learning more about? 🇿🇦

Anger can leave us feeling powerless. I want to turn mine into action.
