“I think we could fix society if every dad had a running stroller.”

That’s Tucker Piner, founder of Dumbo Dads Run Club. He wanted time with his son, a break for his wife and a real workout, and couldn’t fit all three in separately. So he started running with Liam in the stroller, and other dads showed up. Their slogan is “let moms sleep in.”

250 miles. That’s how far Tucker Piner has run with his son Liam since the day Liam was born. Tucker is a Brooklyn dad and the founder of Dumbo Dads Run Club. Becoming a dad flipped his whole sense of time upside down, so he built a way to fit running in without missing anything at home. Now he’s running the NYC Marathon this November. 
We teamed up with our friends at Mack Weldon to tell his story. The gear he’s been living and training in is linked in our bio.
