My life changed when I stopped waiting for someone to come with me.

Traveling in a van had been a dream of mine for years, and I always imagined I’d do it with someone. But eventually, I realized I didn’t want to keep waiting.

A week traveling through Montana and Wyoming with @moterra was one of my favorite solo experiences, and I’m so happy I didn’t wait.

If there’s something you’ve been wanting to do, don’t let not having someone to do it with stop you. Life is too beautiful to wait for someone to join you.

I almost left Glacier that morning…

The forecast called for clouds and storms, so I planned to leave the next morning and keep heading south. But when I woke up, the skies were clear, and I decided to stay and hike to a place I had been dreaming of visiting.

When I finally reached this view, no one was around. It was just me, the mountains, and this turquoise lake. I sat down and cried because of how beautiful it was.

Then a tiny squirrel came over and sat beside me. He started running around me and jumping all over my bag, haha. I’m pretty sure he wanted food, but I liked to think he just wanted to keep me company and enjoy the view with me.

I’m so grateful for places like this, and for a body that lets me experience them. Glacier National Park, you are magic.

This season of my life is all about accepting where I’m at and allowing myself to feel the depth of my emotions.

I can easily fall into shame when an uncomfortable emotion arises, especially as I’ve been navigating some uncertain things with my health.

There’s a lot I’m grateful for in my life, and there are also things I’m upset about. I’m being reminded that all of it can coexist.

Presence is a practice of surrendering to the now and trusting that every moment has something to offer.

The less we rush through our lives, the more we get to experience. The more present we are, the easier it becomes to let divine intelligence guide our lives.

Come back to your breath. Reconnect to your body. Feel how supported you are by Mother Earth.

There is nowhere to be, nowhere to go, except this present moment.

new moon, total solar eclipse, meteor shower, and being on your cycle… anyone else?! ☄️⭐️🌚

i’m always amazed by how the female body mirrors the natural world.

we move through rhythms and cycles, just like the moon, the tides, and the seasons of mother earth. we release, we rest, we grow, and we begin again.

there’s a sense of peace in remembering there’s an infinite intelligence within each of us, connected to the magic of this universe.
