If you ever wonder whether your breastfed baby is getting enough milk, here are 6 signs that the baby is well nourished:

1. 6+ wet diaper daily after day 5
2. At least 2 soft yellow poos daily after day 4 for the first few weeks
3. Baby gain weight steadily after the first 3 to 4 days
4. Rapid sucks at the start followed by rhythmic sucks and swallows with occasional pauses
5. Seems satisfied and happy for an average of 1 to 3 hours between feedings
6. Nurse at least 8 to 12 times every 24 hours

5 things I do with my 2 month old during her wake windows

Can you guess which one she enjoys the most? 🤭

1. Visual tracking to support her visual development
2. Grabbing and reaching for a rattle to support hand-eye coordination and early motor skills
3. Tummy time to help build strong head and neck control
4. Reading books together to support early language development and bonding
5. Gossiping… I mean, having little chats 🤭, to support communication and language skills

Boy mom life = cars, trucks, airplanes, football… 🚗🚚✈️🏈

Somehow, everything revolves around wheels, engines, things that fly, and kicking a ball. 😆

Any other boy moms in the same phase? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Motherhood is weird because one day I wish they would grow up fast so things would get easier, but the next day, my heart aches knowing I’ll never get to see them this little again 🥹

4-ingredient quick & easy dinner idea 💡

As a busy mom of 3 little kiddos, quick and easy meals that are nutritious and high in protein are always my priority. Ground pork pasta is one of my go-to meals on busy days!

When it comes to pasta, my first choice is @wellth_foods because it has 22g of protein and 8g of fibre and is made with only 2 organic ingredients. 🙌

All you need is 4 ingredients:
🧅 Chopped onion
🥩 Ground pork
🍅 Classico sauce
🍝 Wellth Foods pasta

Simple, delicious, and perfect for busy weeknights!

Save this recipe for your next busy day and tag a mom friend who needs more quick dinner ideas! 🤍
