CrossFit gang, who can relate? by @itsjonnyb_cf

Snatch PB! 80kg LETS GO! 🏋🏻‍♂️
I started this year with a goal of a 75kg snatch, I hit that a couple months ago and thought that might be it for this year! But having started with my new coach Amir, the numbers have been flying up, and this lift was just clicking, so thought why not? And up it flew!
Wonder if there’ll be an 85kg before Christmas? Let’s see!

Big double PB tonight! Lets Go!
I’ve gone from 105kg to 110kg! (Mid complex too!) really starting to hit some good numbers and there’s more in the tank yet too!

It’s been one big old week in terms of progress for my back!
Rather happy to have done a big 10 rep deadlift max on Monday, Heavy Grace on Tuesday at the weight and then tin slingers on Friday!
With all the cleans, burpees and an on the day Max at the end! Hitting 100kg (granted very ugly🤷🏻‍♂️🤣) for the first time since injury has given me a massive confidence boost to start getting the numbers back up and pushing back towards my old PB’s and hopefully well beyond them!
Might not mean a lot to most people but when you’d all but mentally given up on being able to lift anything heavy again, to then start hitting the 6pm class with the guys at Form and completely changing your perspective again, it really does mean a lot to feel like I can start pushing on again!
Another good week in the books! Let’s go! 🏋🏻‍♂️

It’s been a great couple weeks both in the gym and personally
My back is (touch wood) finally starting to feel like I can start to chuck some tin around, cycle a bar and properly get gymnastic movements back in when fatigued, can’t beat the feeling of an injury starting to go away!
Good people, good training, good life
Favourite pic is 4, because he’s funny fella 🐶🤣
