It’s National Poetry Month so here I am… being vulnerable on the internet again 🥴

This past year has been a bit of a rollercoaster, and I’ve tried to soak up all of it. While building community here in KC, I’ve also learned what it feels like to be alone.

I’ve spent a lot of time sitting with my thoughts (scary, I know) and honestly… I know I’m not the only one.

Through love, loss, and everything in between, I’m learning and growing each day becoming more at peace with who I am, softening into it, finally.

Anywayyyyyy reminderrer I have never claimed to be a writer let alone a ~poet~ so be nice!!! Or ill cry!!! I swear I am getting softer these days!! by @itsjustkae___
