2025 USAPL Nationals highlight video !

Squat 310KGs/683LBs
Bench 175KGs/386LBS
Deadlift 270KGs/ 595LBs

It wasn't the meet I wanted but considering all the factors working against me I still showed up and gave everything I had (even managed a squat PR).

This was my first national event and the plan was to have fun and soak up the experience, mission accomplished. I gave myself a little bit of a break but now it's back to work 🫡

Big shout-out to @barbellproductions they absolutely killed this video ! by @itsjustronb

To my beloved baby boy Titan. I am absolutely heartbroken and cannot believe you're no longer with us. Nothing will ever be the same without you. You're not around to greet me at the door when I get home from a long day. You're not around to wake me up because my alarm went off and I snoozed it but you're hungry so you woke me up to feed you. You're not around to make sure I get my steps in when we go for long walks. You're not around to clean up Adriana's left overs (which I now realize was a valuable service 😂). I will never forget the impact you made on my life and the impact you made on my family. I love you very much my boy and hope to one day see you again and get one of those famous hugs you gave to everyone you met. 💙👑 by @itsjustronb

640 x 3

Not the best session, not the worst session. But we did manage to get a ton of data from it so that was a big win. First rep moved great and then somehow managed to misgroove the next two lol. Anyway, intro block is over, upwards and onwards to regionals !
