OPENING THE STAGE @ YTMC India 🇮🇳 As a Brand Ambassador for this first edition, I had the opportunity to begin the evening with a song that set the stage for over 30 young vocalists and instrumentalists who had come from across India - each having gone through multiple rounds of auditions and qualifiers to reach this final event. And so, I chose “Rise Up” 🔥 by @andradaymusic A song about strength, belief, and finding your voice and it felt really special to perform it at the start of such an important moment. Grateful for this opportunity, for the music, and for every step of this memorable journey. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Still learning, still growing, still rising💫 CREDITS @youngtalentmusiccompetition @nelly_souza54 Rodden D'souza, Noel Ross, June D'souza, Liz-Ann D'souza, Chris Lopez JUDGES Nicole Williams, Rajesh Bundela, Irwin D'souza, Maria Goretti Vas , Meenoshka Dias My vocal guide Ms Yuliya @olfactorysounds My parents♥️always my constant @tsheringidnani @atiqdecor by @itskden

✨🎭 ANNIE. The Musical. 🎶🎤 SONG & DANCE SNIPPETS. The show is officially over and I still can’t believe how amazing it was 🥹 This was way more than the average school production and if you saw it, you know what i mean. I’m forever grateful to my teachers and the whole production team for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity 🤍 It still feels crazy that this all started in my first week at a brand new school, with auditions back in September with 200+ kids… and now I got to be Annie on stage 🥹 What an incredible journey to remember with such an amazing team and cast. In this post I’m sharing just 1 min snippets of some of the main songs from the show (because the full thing was almost 2 hours long 😅). These snippets don’t even come close to capturing everything, but they’re some of my fave moments on stage. More Annie posts coming soon with acting scenes, backstage fun and everything in between 🎤🎬 Thank you to everyone who came to watch and cheer for us. I really hope I did Annie proud 🫶 Swipe for the music magic ✨ CREDITS @diabarsha • Director: Lowri Morris • Musical Director: Eric Nieto • Choreographer: Chene Van Wyk @chenevw92 , Dakota Tarplee • Assistant Choreographer: Noor Mirza • Promotions: Lynn McGovern, Adele Martini • Facilities Team: led by Andrew Johnston and Joe D'Cruze • Set Design: Daniel Street, Kelly Duncan, Monica Minciu • Projections: Kelly Duncan • Programme: Norton Gomes, Dhairya Manglani • Photography: Janhaui Nahate • Student Communications: Navya Gupta • Lighting: Mark Atcheco • Sound: Rafael Perez • Backstage: Eyad Khattar, Nathaniel Watson, Saikrish Elangovan, Seth Eckstein, Vidhi Mahajan, Hope Willgoss, Dhairya Manglani, Karim Tabbara • Grade 9 Theatre Students for acting as the Front of House. • Security, cleaners and every behind-the-scenes team member. by @itskden

Summer break = finding new places to dance 💃🏻 Studios, hotel rooms, corridors, streets, houses, playdates… basically anywhere with enough floor space. A summer of Commercial, Jazz, Lyrical, Acro, an introduction to Tap and some very questionable choreography with friends 😂 Different places, teachers, styles and moods because training never stops and there’s always something new to learn. But finally, after a whole summer of dancing everywhere and anywhere… there's no place like home. ❤️ Back to my training ground @diverseperformingartscenter tomorrow and SO ready for a new term, new challenges and lots of growing to do. 🫶🏼 Summer shenanigans done ☀️ Back to Training! by @itskden

ANNUAL SECONDARY SCHOOL END OF YEAR STUDENT RECOGNITION AWARDS🏆 Ending my very first year at DIA with a full heart... 💚🥹 I'm so honoured to have received the Most Caring Student of the Year Award. To be recognised not just for what you achieve, but for your kindness, character and the way you treat others - precious ❤️ The ceremony awarded less than 10% out of 700+ kids who have demonstrated outstanding achievement, commitment, progress, leadership, character and contribution throughout the academic year. So proud of everyone, whether recognised on stage or through the countless contributions made throughout the year. It was great to see how DIAB recognises the whole student—not just academics, but the qualities and values that shape who we become. It celebrated the life skills, values and character we develop alongside our academics - and thats special! Thank you to all my teachers, Grade Level Leaders and the Senior Leadership Team for recognizing me. Thankyou @diabarsha . Thankyou 2025- 2026. Here's to learning, growing, working hard and always choosing kindness. 💚✨ #DIAB #DIASharks #MostCaring #KindnessMatters #Year7 Grateful KeepGrowing by @itskden

🏆 So grateful to receive the MOST IMPROVED DANCE AWARD as part of the schools SPORTS AWARDS this year! I love that DIA celebrates dance alongside all the other sports. The hours, dedication and hard work that go into dance are huge, and it means so much to see it recognised. 💚 It's been such an unforgettable start for me at DIAB... from celebrating 20years of Innoventures at Dubai Opera, to being Annie, to representing the school at Dubai Desert Dance, to remote learning to receiving the Most Improved Dancer award. ThankYou to all my teachers for believing in me and giving me so many amazing opportunities to learn and grow and perform. #DIAB #DIASharks #MostImproved #Dance #FirstYear KeepGrowing Grateful CREDITS @chenevw92 Mr Neil Cunningham Mr Colin Leacy @diabarsha by @itskden
