**long but worth it read below** I was 7 when I received the Holy Spirit. I remember feeling like a new person, my mind being illuminated, I heard even clearer than before that, and my energy was so charged that I zoomed everywhere that day 😂 I was already feeling like a brand new person after freedom night & then joining @thefreshstartny in November! God did so much for me during a tumultuous time (those who know what I’ve endured, know). This year I decided to get baptized, and literally signed up as soon as the announcement hit my inbox in January. That’s my sister @shaethevisionary reading my declaration of faith 🫶🏾🥹 I didn’t expect to feel the same way I did when I was 7, just the adult version so I didn’t run everywhere once I got out the water 😂 and there’s Pastor Tiff baptizing me 🫶🏾@lessonswithlefever From the Sunday that I speed walked to the front of the church when they asked “who wants to rededicate their life back to God?” to the present, only good things have happened 🥹 The best thing y’all can do in this life is have Jesus in your life, get baptized in Jesus name, and receive the Holy Spirit 🙌🏾 If you made it to the end, I moved too far to travel there but I definitely miss my Fresh Start Fam! by @itsketurah_h

Living afraid of Jesus coming is sooo 1999 Along with… 1. Getting a bunker 🫪 2. Being a “foolish virgin” (gotta read that Bible for this reference) 3. Avoiding all of the scriptures that mention his coming 4. Not living Holy 5. Thinking that Jesus is gonna whisk you away before your faith is put to the test 6. Jesus loves everyone sooooo much that people have been reminding us that The King Jesus is Coming!
