Some sides of Kerala — especially down in Trivandrum — proudly put muringakka (drumstick) in their fish curry. 🤤❤️

They’ll tell you it’s tradition, that it adds flavour, that the curry tastes incomplete without that one long piece floating around! 💪🌶️

But then there’s my Kannur friend, looking at the same thing like it’s a crime scene 😡👊
“Bro, that’s not meen curry… that’s vegetable curry with guest fish! 😂”
