The blessing of finding a person to become ONE with is indescribable. Beyond a soulmate because we’ve been brought together in Christ first and he turned the dials of love all the way to the right for us. There is no life for me without this love!

On the last day of the missions trip, our Dream Team had the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the less fortunate. They prepped meals, handed out clothes, and served over 600+ people with love and prayer. It’s a blessing to meet real needs and remind others that they’re seen, known, and deeply loved. Our team members made it safely back home yesterday. But they are still fired up from all that they experienced! The Lord is beyond good and so faithful. Our church family is so proud of them. Thank you again to everyone who prayed, sent well wishes and donated to this trip financially. We are all so grateful. 🩵

Now that the timelines have quieted down… I saved this spotlight for someone who deserves her own day.

“She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.” – Proverbs 31:26

There’s a kind of mothering that doesn’t fit into a Hallmark card. It’s not loud or flashy. It doesn’t always get posted or praised. But it shows up. Every day.

That’s the kind of mother Earnestine Sharpe is.

She’s given without condition, loved without limit, and poured out her life and her pockets to make sure others could rise. Children she birthed. Children she chose. Grandchildren she’s raised. A daycare she runs. A heart that has been stretched wider than most could bear.

I’ve seen her go through storms and come out still smiling…still sweet, still soft, still strong, still trusting God. Even when people didn’t see her, appreciate her, or love her the way she so deeply deserves.

So today, I just want to say: I see you, Momma.

Your work is not invisible. Your love has left fingerprints on generations. And your sacrifices are not in vain. Heaven took note. And so did I.

Happy Mother’s Day, Big Momma just for you, on your own day. I love you. Keep your head up and your mouth saved (unless you gotta cuss somebody out. Then do what you gotta do.) These are for you. 💐 by @itskimyatta
