We grew up thinking this was normal.

The same tubes. The same formulas. For a routine we repeat twice a day, every day, from the moment we’re one.

But the more we looked into it, the less it made sense.

KÖPPEN is the world’s first end-to-end oral care system. Designed for your whole mouth, not just your teeth.

Checking out the full oral care system from Koppen and I’m genuinely impressed by the attention to detail. Clean design, thoughtful packaging, and everything you need for a better daily routine in one kit.

🎬BEHIND THE DESIGN - The Metal K Toothpaste Cap

99.9% of toothpaste brands use standard off-the-shelf packaging because it keeps costs low.

As a small company competing against brands with decades of history and billions of dollars behind them, creating a custom cap for a single toothpaste probably wasn’t the rational decision.

But KÖPPEN has never really been about doing what’s easiest.

This cap represents months of design, prototyping, tooling, sampling, production challenges, quality testing, revisions, and countless rounds of improvement. Not because anyone asked for it, but because we believe the products we use every day — like oral care — deserve more thought, more intention, and more beauty than they’ve traditionally been given.

The cap is just one small part of the product, but it’s symbolic of something much bigger: our belief that even the most ordinary rituals deserve extraordinary care.

If you’ve ever purchased from KÖPPEN, thank you. You’re helping prove that small teams can still build meaningful things.

P.S. The inspiration behind the cap is a story in itself, and I share it in this video.

A powerwash for the mouth. Without the alcohol.

Coconut oil, neem and xylitol come together in a whole-mouth rinse designed to support a balanced oral pH, finished with an intense rush of mint that leaves everything feeling remarkably fresh.

Your mouth has a life beyond the bathroom sink.

It talks through meetings. Drinks coffee. Eats lunch. Breathes through the night. And, with any luck, kisses from time to time.

The Support Set was designed for everything that happens in between.

👄 Vanilla Lip Balm to nourish and protect the lips.
🦷 Remineralizing Mints to freshen breath and support enamel.
😴 Mouth Tape to encourage nasal breathing while you sleep.

3 products for the parts of oral care that brushing doesn’t quite cover.

Our new batch of KÖPPEN Oil Pulls are set to ship out next week.

We know the wait has been long, and we’re deeply grateful for your patience.

Demand took us by surprise, and as a small team committed to sourcing and formulating with integrity, we chose to take the time rather than cut corners. That care is what makes this ritual what it is.

How are lips part of oral care?

Because the mouth doesn’t begin at the teeth. Your lips are its outermost barrier, constantly exposed to sun, food, drinks, weather, and everything else the day brings. We thought they deserved more than a glossy layer on the surface.

Organic castor and coconut oils, avocado, African shea butter, and botanical enzymes melt into the lips to deeply nourish and support their moisture barrier for 24-hour hydration. Soft, supple, never waxy.

Finished with warm vanilla and housed in weighty, refillable metal.

KÖPPEN, lately.

Behind the scenes and out in the world. On bathroom counters, in travel bags, morning routines, night routines, and increasingly, places we never expected to find ourselves.

We love seeing the world of KÖPPEN take shape beyond our own walls.

Thank you for making us part of your ritual.

There’s something about a truly clean mouth.

The kind of clean you notice before leaning in close. Walking into dinner. Saying something you’ve been meaning to say.

We made KÖPPEN Mouthwash for that feeling.

Alcohol-free and formulated with xylitol, coconut oil, neem, and a super minty finish to support a balanced oral environment and leave your whole mouth feeling remarkably fresh. by @itskoppen

New York has a lot to say.

A city shaped by conversation, expression, late nights, big ideas, good taste, and millions of humans that never seem to stop moving.

This @nyfw, KÖPPEN breathmints, toothpastes, and mouthwashes will be making their way through the shows, backstage, and a few afterparties celebrating New York and the mouths that give it its voice.

🗽 See you there. by @itskoppen
