Research Year ✅: The Work.
Grateful to God for being the head of my life and proving He’s a good Father, time and time again.
Created a Surgical Advocacy Fellowship with my mentor. Served so many gun violence survivors, children and teens and learned from amazing legislators and community health workers.

This entire journey has been a testament of God’s faithfulness and provision. I’m so grateful for how medical school as groomed me - mentally and emotionally. Those close to me know how challenging this has been, but God saw it fit that I fulfill my purpose. I’m just thankful to be a vessel of His grace and goodness. This is for my mom & the community that showed me that I’m need in this space. I’m so grateful to every single person that prayed over me and supported me on this journey. Y’all, we made it!
A surgeon is on the rise. I’m forever humbled by the opportunity to be a part of my patients’ lives.

I’m headed to ATL to train at Emory for Surgery!
God is so faithful I owe it all to him. Thank you to my friends and family that have been supportive of me this whole journey. Im grateful.

Also extremely thankful to my mentors in medicine and surgery that have served as sponsors to get me this far. I won’t let y’all down
