Sincerely, thank you Mykonos 🫶🏾 what a beautiful island that truly reminded me to slow tf down! What am I rushing for?

My 30th birthday in Greece taught me that the Greeks don’t just live life—they savor it. Life isn’t meant to be rushed. We all deserve long meals, late nights, endless laughter, spontaneous dancing, and making time for the people we love.

The only thing Greece may have overdone? The bottomless cigarettes. 💀🚬

Here’s to carrying a little Mykonos and Athens energy into my 30s. 🇬🇷✨🥂

My first HYROX ever was last year… but my first one in Houston was Friday, and I finished 9 minutes faster than last time! 😳💪🏾

Trauma surgeon. Mom. Somehow still finding time to push my limits.

This race reminded me: it’s not about perfection, it’s about showing up for yourself, no matter how busy life gets.
Full results coming soon… but for now, remember…we can do hard things!

What’s one “hard thing” you’ve been pushing yourself to do lately? #hyrox #hyroxhouston #fitness #fitmom #thefitscalpel @hyroxworld @hyroxamerica
