These are the photos I’ll look at for the rest of my life. Millie coming into the world, captured exactly as it felt. Quiet, overwhelming, emotional (so many tears) and everything more.

In a world that moves so fast, there is nothing I love more than having these moments frozen in time. So grateful I chose to have them photographed professionally.

Last moments of just us, before we get to meet our little love. 🤍

These are our absolute dream maternity photos, captured by the incredibly talented @anastasiiaprodous_portraits at 33 weeks.

I wanted to document this season of life, to celebrate my bump, our baby’s home for the past nine months, and the body that has carried, protected and nurtured them every single day. It’s incredible to look back and see just how much my body has adapted and grown. I don’t think I’ll ever stop being in awe of what it’s been capable of and what women go through to bring a baby into the world.

This isn’t my usual running content (like at all lol), but this chapter has become such a huge part of who I am and It felt too special not to share.
