An eye for beautiful things. 💎

One of my favorite parts of exploring real estate is discovering the artistry behind the architecture.

This stunning Marietta estate is filled with details worth slowing down for. From the intricate wrought-iron scrollwork on the grand staircase to the rich wood millwork, coffered ceilings, geometric flooring, and dramatic stone selections, the craftsmanship is truly something to appreciate.

I’m especially drawn to spaces where the materials become part of the story. The movement in the stone, the warmth of the wood, the curves in the ironwork. Every element adds another layer of character.

My love for gemstones, fine jewelry, architecture, and beautiful interiors all comes from the same place: an appreciation for thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship.

And while this estate isn’t on the market, it is an event venue! Imagine celebrating a special occasion surrounded by this level of architectural beauty. ✨

We are officially taking appointments at our new location!

Located at 1270 Memorial Drive SE (in the middle of the block) with plenty of surrounding neighborhood parking!

What I love most is that we were able to make this place “feel” like the Blink you’ve experienced for years but it’s more intimate, updated, and the street is so quant! (No more bus stop drama!!!)

This is my 4th year at Blink and I’m so thankful for the sisterhood, the clients that have become friends, and the quality of lashes that I feel good promoting!

To many more years to come full of growth and opportunity 💜🥂

Sometimes you just have to get out and talk to the people 💕✨

The goal was to inform, inspire the community while supporting small local business! Mission accomplished

I wish I took more pictures, but I was busy running my mouth lol social media is just a small part of the work!

Thank you to Truth & Lending for this great collab! Laura and her creative ideas + my will to bring it to life = ✨✨✨

We made alot of people smile yesterday and answered a lot of great questions. 😊

Until next time 💕

Life lately 🤷‍♀️

I supported local business, celebrated with my fellow entrepreneurs, did not do anything fifa related, and really chose the adventure this summer 🤪

Work wise I had a 500+ cash buyer fly into my spear because she liked my vibe at an open house 🤭. Even though our offer did not get accepted the opportunity alone really sparked a fire in me to keep going! @gemrealtybyri ✨🏡

All the fun and all the intention. I also committed to my fitness journey this summer, wonders for the mental health ✨
