An eye for beautiful things. 💎 One of my favorite parts of exploring real estate is discovering the artistry behind the architecture. This stunning Marietta estate is filled with details worth slowing down for. From the intricate wrought-iron scrollwork on the grand staircase to the rich wood millwork, coffered ceilings, geometric flooring, and dramatic stone selections, the craftsmanship is truly something to appreciate. I’m especially drawn to spaces where the materials become part of the story. The movement in the stone, the warmth of the wood, the curves in the ironwork. Every element adds another layer of character. My love for gemstones, fine jewelry, architecture, and beautiful interiors all comes from the same place: an appreciation for thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship. And while this estate isn’t on the market, it is an event venue! Imagine celebrating a special occasion surrounded by this level of architectural beauty. ✨ 📍 Marietta, Georgia Ri | REALTOR® Gem Realty by Ri 💎 Knapp Realty From gemstones to dream homes. #MariettaGeorgia #AtlantaArchitecture #atlantahomes #atlantaeventvenue

Previewing properties for my busy buyer clients to save them time. 🏡✨ One of my favorite parts of being a buyer’s agent is walking through a home, feeling the energy of the space, and capturing the little details you just can’t get from listing photos. Every home has a different feel — the natural light, the flow from room to room, the finishes, the neighborhood around it — and when I preview, I’m looking at all of it through the lens of my buyer. Today’s Agent Preview brought me to this new construction home in Edgewood: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and over 2,100 sq. ft., with beautiful natural light, hardwood floors, an open layout and private outdoor space. My goal? Do some of the legwork first, help my clients narrow down what’s actually worth seeing, and make the home search feel a little more intentional — especially when life is already busy. See something you like? Send it my way. 💎 I’ll go take a look. From gemstones to dream homes. We are officially taking appointments at our new location! Located at 1270 Memorial Drive SE (in the middle of the block) with plenty of surrounding neighborhood parking! What I love most is that we were able to make this place “feel” like the Blink you’ve experienced for years but it’s more intimate, updated, and the street is so quant! (No more bus stop drama!!!) This is my 4th year at Blink and I’m so thankful for the sisterhood, the clients that have become friends, and the quality of lashes that I feel good promoting! To many more years to come full of growth and opportunity 💜🥂 #atlantalashtech #atlantalashartist #atlantalashes #atlantabeauty #lashbar

Still reminiscing! My 1st community event as a licensed realtor in collaboration with @truthandlending 🫶🏼 I bridge worlds (thank you again for saying yes! @zoyathecreatrix ) and supported multiple local businesses all while having meaningful conversations over @bigsoftieatl ice cream! I’m thinking about doing this quarterly, maybe next time at one of my favorite coffee shops! 🤔 Should I do this again?!

There’s something about a home that keeps its original character while still giving you the updates you want. ✨ 📍 418 Shannon Dr SW | Capitol View Manor, Atlanta This 1940 Atlanta bungalow had me at the beautiful woodwork + crown molding, but then I found the bonus space upstairs AND the backyard deck made for entertaining. 😍 A few of my favorite details: ✨ Original architectural character + refinished solid oak floors ✨ Updated kitchen with quartz countertops + stainless steel appliances ✨ Flexible upstairs suite — bedroom, office, creative space or bonus room ✨ Large fenced backyard + entertainment deck ✨ Just 2 blocks from BeltLine access 4 bedrooms | 2 bathrooms | 1,859 sq. ft. | Offered at $400,000 If you’ve been searching for an Atlanta home with character near the BeltLine especially in Capitol View Manor, Capitol View or Southwest Atlanta this one deserves a look. Which feature are you choosing: the woodwork, bonus room or backyard deck? 👀 DM me “SHANNON” if you want the details or a private tour.
