In SoHo’s former Little Prince space, restaurateurs @CobiLevy and @WillMakris open ROMY (@itsromy.nyc), a 40-seat supper club designed to capture the ease and intimacy of a dinner party. Warm, polished service, a curated soundtrack and an approachable wine list set the tone for an evening in the heart of downtown New York.
