This second photo came up in my artificial internet memories, in the early days of when I gave it all up (alcohol & my favorite jacket). It comes at a time when I’ve been thinking about my sobriety a lot. What it means to make a choice everyday, sometimes every instant, that changes your life all over again. What it means to be changed. by @itssaly_son

We didn’t need another movie. We needed to watch Clue again. We needed to be political and subversive and above all, absurd. We ran in circles with knives and did awful English accents our mother despised. We’d play until someone got hurt. We’d play until someone begged us to quit it. We repeated every lines and drew straws with our dad on who got the front seat. We watched Clue on the big tv or the tiny one with the built in VHS, we watched it on the DVD player in the car. @captgraham played Colonel Mustard in the school play in Duck’s suit and we agreed he’s a superstar. I played out the plot on a hike to my uninitiated friends. Clue meant that we could play pretend and act out our own endings, as many as we wanted. We learned there are no good guys. We counted the bullets in the gun and fought over who was right. We could always fight over who was right. Tim Curry, thank you. by @itssaly_son

Eden and Gigi’s first Korean BBQ was a hit (too good to be true, according to Eden). Meredith appears to have met her energetic match with Baby Sylvia, who simply can’t stop won’t stop. I saw a few sunrises and read half the history of psychoanalysis (a bunch of freaks if you ask me). Until next time, Myrtle! by @itssaly_son
