We have been studying Gerald Pollack’s and Nikola Tesla’s work for years. Here are some fascinating books that might change how you view life, nature and the human body.

1. ‘Charge: The Unexpected Role of Electricity in the Workings of Nature’ by Gerald H. Pollack.

If any living scientist deserves a Nobel Prize, it would have to be Gerald Pollack. More on him and his important work on water in the next slide.

In his book ‘Charged’, Pollack highlights the profound significance of electricity in nature. Topics covered range from the origins of weather and gravity to how birds and airplanes fly, what triggers rainfall, how fish swim and why there’s never a lack of energy to sustain it all.

2 — ‘The Fourth Phase Of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor’ by Gerald H. Pollack.

Few scientific discoveries have the potential to reshape our understanding of life as profoundly as Gerald Pollack’s work on water.

For decades, Biologist and Professor of bioengineering Gerald Pollack has been doing groundbreaking research on water at the Pollack Laboratories — specifically structured water (also called 4th phase/ EZ water).

At first, Pollack was mainly focused on researching muscles and how they contract. It struck him odd that the most common theories did not involve water, despite the fact that muscle tissue consists of 99% water molecules.

Continuous research along with his encounter with cell physiologist Gilbert Ling and his findings, led him to the conclusion that there is a phase of water that exists beyond the 3 known stages (gas, liquid and ice).

The water in our tissues is not like water in a glass. It enters into a highly ordered state: structured or arranged in a gel-like hexagonal fashion. It behaves in a very different way than conventional H2O. Structured water carries a negative electrical charge and acts as a biological battery. It forms under exposure to natural energy sources (like natural light for example, particularly infrared/heat), and always adjacent to other charged structures like the fascia (protein surfaces).

A de-structuring of the gel leads to less efficient conduction of the electrical impulses, by @itssomewhereelse

the beauty and skincare industry is full of noise ☁️. We’re here to help cut through it.

We’ve seen it all — the miracles, the myths, and the mistakes.

The industry is filled with amazing innovations, but it’s also packed with trends that are not designed with your skin’s (or health’s) best interest in mind. It’s often just clever marketing.

Let’s get back to what really matters and focus on what truly works, to avoid over-spending and damaging your skin while you’re at it. by @itssomewhereelse

Most people are chronically dehydrated. Because regular bottled water cannot provide proper hydration.

Adding Celtic sea salt is one of the quickest & cheapest way to fix that.

Celtic sea salt is a grey, unrefined mineral-rich salt harvested from coastal regions. Because it is still hand-harvested and sun-dried, it is completely different from processed white table salt from which all minerals have been removed (your body doesn’t know what to do with that).

The trace minerals in Celtic sea salt are naturally absorbed from the ocean and clay-lined beds. The energy of the sun interacting with the water results in a living crystal, of all elements together, like a system. Not sodium/potassium/magnesium in their separate, isolated form. Consuming these in an isolated way will not render the same results.

Other great uses are:

💧 1. cooking with it —
tastes better than table salt.

💧 2. as an exfoliating body scrub —
mix the salt with coconut or jojoba oil, gently rub onto wet skin in circular motions to shed dead skin cells and soften rough areas, rinse off.

💧 3. foot soak (transdermal absorption) —
add half a cup to a basin with warm water & treat your feet to a mineral-rich bath for transdermal absorption + to soften tough skin + to reduce swelling/edema.

All the things aloe vera can do for you. 🌱

Isn’t it fascinating how the plant’s inner gel aligns with human biology?

Aloe vera gel consists of 99% naturally organised water. Water that forms a natural matrix, in the form of a perfect hexagonal lattice, rather than free-flowing liquid. Just like the structured water in our bodies. 💧

↑ natural ways to support the body’s innate detox system. Remove what doesn’t serve the body, and it will be able to do exactly what it was so intelligently designed to do. 🌱

When the toxic load becomes too large, the body’s detox system can’t handle things properly anymore. Toxins don’t get excreted and start accumulating. The body gets inflamed, sleep and digestion are disrupted, the mood shifts, and the nervous system gets louder. Disease becomes almost inevitable. Not because some germ appeared out of nowhere, but because the system is poisoned.

(!) more importantly, ask yourself: am I providing my body with the most basic but fundamental things it needs so as to be able to do its job of cleansing itself daily and automatically?

- do I sleep well?
- do I eat right?
- do I get natural sunlight?
- is my body truly hydrated?
- is my body mineralised?
- do I move my body daily?
- do I give myself permission to rest & recharge?

Good things in = bad things out. 🌱

Without minerals, the human body can simply not function. Start optimising your morning routine using real biological essentials 🌱.

🌱 — preparation:

Simply add a pea-size amount of Shilajit resin to lukewarm (not boiling) non-chlorinated water. Option to add Celtic sea salt for better nutrient absorption. Avoid metal utensils as these can interact with minerals. Drink as is, or add it to tea. Best taken in the morning, on an empty stomach.

🌱 — modern lifestyles leave us chronically mineral-depleted:

But minerals are the « spark plugs » of life. While other nutrients are useful, they are completely useless without minerals because minerals act as the foundational spark for every reaction in the body.

🌱 — start at the root:

Shilajit contains most of the minerals/electrolytes required for energy reactions in the body, along with plant essences, and fulvic humic acids.

The minerals in good-quality Shilajit are present in their natural ionic form. Because these minerals carry a positive or negative electrical charge and are naturally bound to fulvic acid, the human body can absorb and utilise them far more efficiently than lab-made mineral salts.

Ionic trace minerals are the building blocks needed to run enzymatic reactions, maintain fluid balances, and promote healthy electrical signaling throughout the body.

The fulvic acid it contains acts as nature’s delivery system. It binds to the ionic minerals, actively shuttling them into deeper tissues and removing metabolic waste.

🌱 — It can take some time to start feeling/seeing the benefits. It all depends on the level of mineral depletion in the body.

(Liquid fulvic humic acid can be an alternative should good-quality Shilajit not be available to you.) by @itssomewhereelse

The ocean heals. 🩵

Marine biologists and environmental psychologists have found that human bodies are hardwired to relax in the presence of salt water and negative ions.
