We have been studying Gerald Pollack’s and Nikola Tesla’s work for years. Here are some fascinating books that might change how you view life, nature and the human body. 1. ‘Charge: The Unexpected Role of Electricity in the Workings of Nature’ by Gerald H. Pollack.

If any living scientist deserves a Nobel Prize, it would have to be Gerald Pollack. More on him and his important work on water in the next slide.

In his book ‘Charged’, Pollack highlights the profound significance of electricity in nature. Topics covered range from the origins of weather and gravity to how birds and airplanes fly, what triggers rainfall, how fish swim and why there’s never a lack of energy to sustain it all. #GeraldPollack #electricity 2 — ‘The Fourth Phase Of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor’ by Gerald H. Pollack.

Few scientific discoveries have the potential to reshape our understanding of life as profoundly as Gerald Pollack’s work on water.

For decades, Biologist and Professor of bioengineering Gerald Pollack has been doing groundbreaking research on water at the Pollack Laboratories — specifically structured water (also called 4th phase/ EZ water). At first, Pollack was mainly focused on researching muscles and how they contract. It struck him odd that the most common theories did not involve water, despite the fact that muscle tissue consists of 99% water molecules. Continuous research along with his encounter with cell physiologist Gilbert Ling and his findings, led him to the conclusion that there is a phase of water that exists beyond the 3 known stages (gas, liquid and ice). The water in our tissues is not like water in a glass. It enters into a highly ordered state: structured or arranged in a gel-like hexagonal fashion. It behaves in a very different way than conventional H2O. Structured water carries a negative electrical charge and acts as a biological battery. It forms under exposure to natural energy sources (like natural light for example, particularly infrared/heat), and always adjacent to other charged structures like the fascia (protein surfaces).

A de-structuring of the gel leads to less efficient conduction of the electrical impulses,

Did you know people in Loma Linda live about 10 years longer than the average American? I decided to travel to all Blue Zones to find out what the secrets might be. Blue Zones are places around the world where people live the longest, healthiest lives — frequently reaching the age of 100. 📍First stop: Loma Linda, California. A community of Seventh-day Adventists who live measurably longer (as much as a decade) than the average American. The foundation of longevity in Loma Linda? Their belief that wellness is a spiritual duty. Here are some things I observed while spending time with the local community ↓ 1. Their Own Unique Healthcare System — instead of just treating diseases after they happen, it operates on a philosophy of whole-person care prioritising preventative lifestyle medicine. The institution’s motto = ‘to make man whole’. Medical charts routinely include details on patients’ spiritual and emotional health alongside their physical symptoms. 2. A plant-forward diet — the « Garden of Eden » diet focuses mainly on whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. For those who do prefer to eat some meat or dairy, Adventists recommend small portions and as a side dish only. 3. Foods are grown locally, using traditional methods. Many residents maintain home gardens. 4. Dinner is light and early to promote better sleep quality and digestion. 5. Sabbath — a mandatory (thus guilt-free) weekly pause from work and distractions like the Internet. Focusing on rest, family, and spending time in nature. 6. Constant movement — constant, low-intensity physical activity (like walking and gardening) is a normal part of the daily routine. 7. Purpose — the 7-day Adventist Church encourages its members to volunteer. People (incl. the older ones) stay active, find a sense of purpose, and focus on helping others. 8. Community — residents build exceptionally strong social ties through shared beliefs & routines. Acting as a buffer against loneliness, which is linked to depression, chronic disease and a shorter lifespan. 9. Deep connection to nature — daily routines prioritise getting fresh air and natural sunlight. 🌿 #lomalinda #bluezones

Yoga all across the world is pure magic 🤍🌿. Traditional yoga originates from an ancient Sanskrit word meaning ‘to unite’. It is a holistic lifestyle system designed to unite body, mind and spirit — serving as a complete framework rather than just a (really good) physical fitness routine.

Wellness culture is everywhere nowadays. But what does wellness actually mean in a world where every new peptide or trendy supplement is supposedly a miracle cure? What is true, and what isn’t? For me, wellness meant unlearning things. I decided to start from scratch, bc the more I looked into things, the more I realised that so much of what’s out there is just false — and that so many of us are just blindly following downright falsehoods, without ever questioning things. But let’s rewind to how I got on this journey in the first place. I had been suffering from chronic (at times excruciating) pain for 8+ years. I’d seen so many conventional doctors, none of them were able to actually tell me what was causing my body to behave that way. And so their verdict was always the same: I had an auto-immune disease (which I now know doesn’t actually exist - just like many other things - more on this later). Every doctor would (inevitably) end up prescribing meds to numb the symptoms, which would only make things worse over time. About 2 years ago, having more time on my hands with the art market slowing down, and being tired of the endless vicious circle, I decided to have a proper look into things myself. My trust in conventional medicine & the mainstream system was gone by that point. I would take matters into my own hands from now on. A mission that resulted in countless sleepless nights of reading and digging into research papers, travelling across the world to meet with people whose takes or explanations resonated, immersing myself in other cultures and their habits, as well as trying out every possible wellness practice under the sun. And the many things I discovered along the way were truly astonishing to me. I finally found out how to take care of myself. Needless to say, my pain went away and hasn’t come back. A somewhat unoriginal yet deeply personal story behind my interest in wellness and what I now call real biology. This account and podcast is dedicated to the truths, modalities, and inspiring humans that have made a real difference along the way. 🌿🤍 #intro #somewhereelse #wellness #aesthetics #cdmx
