I somewhat despise posts like these.

Because I have so much more depth—and far more interests, thoughts, values, obsessions, skills, and desires—than one Instagram post could ever convey.

But alas, people do come here looking to learn more about me, and “just experience the full lore” isn’t a sufficient introduction. 😂

So here are the real highlights:

I’m not a judgy arsehole. As long as you’re kind and open-minded, I can get down with you.

And I have a real knack for business.

Specifically, I help growth-phase founders who have built something successful but have hit the ceiling of running it on instinct.

I look across the whole damn business:

What you’re selling and whether you’re actually selling it and sustainably paying yourself, working at the capacity you want doing the work you want (the whole money shebang).

How people find you, decide to buy, and experience working with you.

Where your time, money, and energy are leaking.

What the data is saying.

What your systems can actually support.

And whether any of it is moving you toward the life you want or quietly taking you further away from it.

Then I find any root issue beneath the twelve symptoms competing for your attention, show you how each decision will ripple across the business, and map the right order of operations forward.

Because you usually don’t need more tactics.

You need to know which move matters now, why it matters, and what it makes possible next.

I know threads is the Wild West out here but dayum 🤣🤣

It’s awfully rich for a dude to pop up on my threads accusing me of giving people sales scripts for 10 weeks when it was DUDES who taught me to use scripts when I learned sales 15 years ago. 🙄

Also very typical though.

And the reason I want to be ultra clear for everyone watching and especially those considering joining me.

Which if you peep the link in my bio you’ll see, not a thing indicates I’ll be providing scripts so you can lead sales convos. 🙄

NOPE. I’m providing slack access to me and the group so you can tell me about the sales convo you’re having and I can help you with it on the spot.

Because sales is an art form and it needs to be taught that way.

BUT….

The $100k Sales Pipeline is also not just about sales conversations.

It’s about building YOUR pipeline for how many convos you even need to have to reach your goal.

It’s about TRACKING that so you don’t lose momentum if you need to take an unexpected week off. Or maybe it’s a 2 week planned vacay (go head girl).

What im teaching you is how to make enough money to save for retirement and save for college.

It’s how to make the money coming into your business more predictable which is FOUNDATIONAL

Goodbye 36 ✌️

The year that I’m proud to say I can see myself aging in real time and I’m unbothered. Excited even.

I got my first gray hairs (on my head, been having those suckers in my eyebrows).

My top lip is shrinking and I’m actually getting wrinkles above it.

And I’m embracing it.

This year also started a journey of discovering ME like never before.

What I believe and don’t believe. My own passions and expressions and what I love about myself.

And dabbling my toes into spirituality, sparked mostly by losing my dad.

It was a year where X and I (my husband) had to relentlessly choose our family through some hard times personally.

I mean it brought him a hurricane that wreaked havoc while I was across the country the last few weeks of being 36.

Hard has never been a problem for me. I’m happy to say I’m finally learning not to harden myself to brace against the hard. That’s the biggest growth of all this year potentially.

I guess some would call that wisdom which might be my favorite part of my 30s so far.

And my relentless pursuit of embracing exactly who and what I am.

There are very few birthdays where I feel like I’ve actually turned a page and entered a new dimension but this is certainly one of them.

Which means I’m kinda stoked for 37

From now on, I want you to use “and” instead of “instead”.

I can make money to pay my bills AND save for retirement AND take vacations multiple times a year AND make enough in my business to invest back into it and myself with retreats and spa days and growth opportunities and and and...

You work too f*ckn hard to sacrifice any of these things. Your business needs YOU on your A game to grow.

And you deserve to “play” in whatever that looks like to you.

It shouldn’t be one or the other. It can be all.

For me? “Playing” looks like taking a full day off in October to read the most anticipated fantasy book (for me anyways) release in ages.

And taking two weeks completely off next summer to go to Europe for the first time ever.

Or maybe just to the PNW to visit my best friend, I still haven’t decided.

I don’t know what you want to do day to day, week to week, and year to year, but I’d like to. 🥰

And then I’d like to help make sure you don’t find yourself saying “I’m gonna wait on this for now while I get my ducks in a row” because getting said ducks in a row is exactly what we do, together.

We’re getting all the ducks in line baby.

Nobody in that room needed me to have a perfect workout.

They needed someone to show up and move first.

This weekend I led a workout at the Rooted Reset Retreat in Scottsdale alongside The Patch Method, and it reminded me of something I say a lot but still have to relearn: strength isn’t a performance, it’s leadership in motion. The way you show up for your body is the way you show up for everything else you’re building.

That’s why @itsstephrubio wanted to integrate wellness and strategic planning. A room full of ambitious women, choosing strength over shrinking - in business and in health.

It’s my absolute honor to help women show up for themselves and I’m so grateful to have been there.

The Rooted Reset was a dream come true. And the best part about hosting this retreat was seeing all the dots connect for each woman there.

They’re leaving with a plan for the year ahead but they’re also leaving with a higher level of belief in themselves. We started out reflecting on the year and what they learned along the way. Then, we set a BIG VISION for the business and revenue.
