POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Pretending it’s anything other than YOU is a farce.

I care about you achieving the freedom you set out for too much to sugar coat it.

What sales your offers and fills your coffers (bank account) is YOU.

No one is hiring you because every step and slide deck is perfectly mapped and prepared months in advance.

They’re buying what they’ll feel on the other side of working with you.

Not a perfectly matched every touchpoint. Not every email beautifully drafted. Not the perfect bio.

I’ve worked with enough folks to confidently say those things are typically what we hide behind.

And sometimes it’s just what you’ve been led to believe.

But I sold out my first mastermind without even having a platform to put everyone in until the week before we started.

Ive also spent hours created perfect canva graphics that didn’t net shat for what I was selling.

Less time perfectly planning something you haven’t even validated will be around in a year.

More time selling it and trusting yourself to deliver (because who has higher standards than you).

Happy to show you how to get out of your own way, create demand, and consistently bring in that dough in my 10 week accelerator where we build your $100,000 Sales Pipeline.

We started this week and you can still get in here to supercharge your sales process, pipeline, and strategy.

Our kickoff call is Thursday but peep my stories to see the fun we’re already having.

Nobody in that room needed me to have a perfect workout.

They needed someone to show up and move first.

This weekend I led a workout at the Rooted Reset Retreat in Scottsdale alongside The Patch Method, and it reminded me of something I say a lot but still have to relearn: strength isn’t a performance, it’s leadership in motion. The way you show up for your body is the way you show up for everything else you’re building.

That’s why @itsstephrubio wanted to integrate wellness and strategic planning. A room full of ambitious women, choosing strength over shrinking - in business and in health.

It’s my absolute honor to help women show up for themselves and I’m so grateful to have been there.

Comment PATCH if you want a simple and effective way to make health a part of your hustle.

The Guest House Virtual Retreat starts TODAY and you still have time to get your $29 ticket (link in bio 👀)!

Each room will have a roundtable where you can ask questions and get business support LIVE! 🎉 The replays will be added same-day, so even if you can’t attend live, it’s still worth it. :)

Tonight is a lil game night, and then I’ll be in the Vanity Room tomorrow at 12pm MT!

Each collaborator also supplied a free resource! Mine is on naming strategy and longevity and I literally can’t wait to download everyone else’s. 🤓

Sound off if you’re cominggggggg.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You need to surround yourself with women who ask better questions. 👏🏻

Because sometimes the biggest breakthroughs don’t happen in a conference room, during a coaching call, or behind your laptop.

They happen around a dinner table.

In the conversations that challenge your thinking. The stories that make you feel a little less alone. The women who see something in you that you haven’t quite seen in yourself yet.

That’s what I love about getting in rooms like this.

Women building businesses, raising families, chasing big goals, navigating hard seasons, and still making space to become better versions of themselves.

Different stories. Different strengths. Shared ambition.

And a reminder that you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

So here’s your reminder to get in the room. Pull up a chair. Ask the questions. Build the relationships.

Because sometimes the most valuable thing you take home isn’t what you learned.

It’s who you met.

Grateful for the conversations and connections at The Rooted Reset. 🤍

What if the problem isn’t that you’re bad at balance?

What if you’ve just been taught that motherhood, business, and life are supposed to be easy if you find the right system?

This week I’m sitting down with Steph Rubio for a conversation that went DEEP. We talk about the invisible mental load of motherhood, the pressure to be everywhere and do everything, and why the whole “build a six-figure business working two hours a day” narrative can actually be harmful.

We talk about:

☕️ why “what’s for dinner?” is so much more than a dinner question
🥞 creating a 30-minute buffer between work and mom life
🛁 why taking time for yourself isn’t selfish
💻 the myth of the two-hour workday
🧠 mom guilt (and why apparently dads didn’t get the memo)
📋 building your business around your values and your actual life
🍿 why you are a stakeholder in your own life
👯‍♀️ how the right community can help you see the patterns you can’t see by yourself
✍️ and why sometimes the next step isn’t another strategy — it’s sitting down with a pen and figuring out what you actually want

This was my favorite takeaway: The more you’re online consuming things that make you feel out of alignment, the closer you’re getting to THEIR alignment - not your own.

My aura is STILL buzzing from Inevitable Live. 🥹💞

And I swear you can FEEL the energy through these candid photos. Just look at how heart open these women are.

Some of the most beautiful feedback we received was about how genuinely everyone showed up to CONNECT.

Not to turn the event into a content photoshoot. Not to collect business cards or see what they could get out of the room.

But to actually SEE each other. Pour into each other. Celebrate each other. Have REAL conversations about business, life, leadership, and all the things we carry as women building big, beautiful things.

And listen, these were women building six and seven figure businesses. Women doing extraordinary things in their industries. And there was so much humility, generosity, and genuine LOVE in that room.

Because you can be wildly successful, ambitious as hell, and STILL want to see every woman around you win.

THAT is the kind of business community I want to keep creating. Where collaboration is the norm, where we normalize massive dreams, and where you don’t have to shrink yourself to belong.

I am so incredibly proud of what we created together.

And we’re doing it ALL AGAIN in 2027. 🥂

Tickets for Inevitable Live 2027 are officially on sale, and I would LOVE to have you in the room.

Grab your ticket at the link in my bio.

5 days until this idea I’ve carried from my heart to my head onto paper and in planning docs…

Actually become real.

Next week, several female founders are joining me to plan and plot their business for 2027.

This is my specialty and I’ve not yet done it in personal in our online space so I am SO EXCITED.

I’m so excited because pausing to pull it all the way up to the top, to lay down constantly executing and delivering for a second and truly look at a full year…

What stays and goes. What they’ll sell and when. What else needs to happen to grow & scale their businesses. Where they’ll put resources and what no longer deserves it.

These women will walk into 2027 more calm, prepared, and excited than over half of industry.

They’re leading from the front.

And that’s only day 1. 😊

Day 2 we go full on wellness reset for the woman leading it all.

The ones growing families, breaking cycles, building businesses with chronic illnesses. Everyone with a story.

Every single one deserving of time dedicated only to her.

I. Can’t. Freaking. Wait.

The Rooted Reset 2026 is going to change the game. 🔥
