The little details are done. I’m feeling good. We’re feeling good.

Couldn’t do any of this without my wife, our family, friends, and BT community. Most importantly trusting my faith.

Decals were a bit nerve racking to put up but we’ve proven we could build anything during this whole process.

I can’t wait to continue to grow this family owned business.
To have a home for our BT community.
And to make a difference in the community.

Undeniable. Just being here and knowing. Knowing there’s opportunities, connections, and growth.

On the performance side of things -

•Jordan and I, PR’d by 20 full minutes compared to last year’s @hyroxamerica debut. I found the significant increase simply by communicating, having more fun, and cleaning up things I saw from last year. Jordan and I just knew we were going to show out.

•Constantly deciding to just show up, has been a true recipe to all success.

On a personal side of things -

•The roller coaster of life flows with the days. Some days are harder, some are more fun. Some are more simple. I’m leaning on the simple things and just showing up.

With it all, comes clarity.

The impact the weight room has had on my life is more than I can express and I continue to be blessed to pass it on for a living.

Now as a strength consultant with the Wentworth Men’s Volleyball team @witvb

A genuine group of guys crushing phase 1 of training this week. I had to call for a group pic last night.

I’m really pumped to see how their performance will continue to improve as their foundation is already high.

When I first got into personal training and strength coaching in 2020, I never truly knew where it would lead me. The speaking engagements, opening up @btstrengthwellness first location, and now getting back to athletics.

This is where it all started for me. The weight room gave me 8 years of football, my career, and a strong life.
