Online coaching is Live

As you may have seen I’ve helped some friends and family relatives both get into the gym and training and also help navigate nutrition to prioritise health recovery and performance in day to day life and to be a top performing athlete or just the best version of what you can be.

So if you are on the fence or want some help around your training and nutrition drop me a DM 📥 and let’s get to work building muscle losing fat or just optimising life in general. by @j.aherne_

This is jack (6 month transformation)

We have been close mates for over 10 years so when he came to me looking to get in the gym absolutely fresh as a daisy with no experience I was more than happy to lend my experience and advice.

Each week he checked in and we discussed the week how it had gone and covered any problems that needed addressing

Initially we wrote up a training plan based on 4 days training and weekends off just to get the ball rolling.

We took nutrition from 2 meals a day up to a steady 4 meals a day of mostly whole foods he’s now eating 3.5k calories at maintenance and performance is flying and as you can see he’s put on a really really great amount of muscle.

And it’s because he nails the basics

- Good nutritious food consistently
- Training with intent and effort
- 7-8 hours sleep consistently

And all of this was created in a pure gym so just goes to show you don’t even need advanced kit.

He now has found a great passion and interest in training and nutrition to fuel the body for bigger and better things going forward and I’m insanely proud and grateful to have played a part in his journey and the future to come

If you want any help or advice regarding training or nutrition drop me a DM let’s see what we can do 📩 by @j.aherne_
