@connor_teamprocoach and I started working together on September 1st, right around the time the summer school holidays ended. We began with a fat loss phase, which we successfully wrapped up yesterday. From here, we’re gradually moving into a productive improvement phase.

8 weeks. Around 7 kg down. No drastic measures. We avoided anything extreme to put me in the healthiest possible position to push forward.

Mission accomplished. Improving health markers, lower blood pressure, and better insulin sensitivity.

I stayed focused on my goals throughout and did everything I could to make sure this phase took as little time as possible away from building the physique I need.

I’ve given this everything so far, and I’ll keep doing whatever it takes to unlock every last bit of my potential.

The party starts now. This is where things get interesting.

Second showing of the year for us, Second Win and Overall Title at the @ibfa_mr_and_miss_britain2026

More importantly some more crucial data for us to take to Milan in 3 weeks time!

A better look Yesterday than the previous showing having had a little longer working together and much closer to the look we will take on stage in Milan.

No peak here again, just sticking to the plan we have had set out over the last 2 weeks.

2nd in Britain 🇬🇧

Great result here considering we started working together 17 days ago 👏

This wasn't about coming in and riping the script up this was about making small adjustments to bring an improved look from the Regional win last month. We achieved that and some 👏

Start Point 👆

Last big push now up till the end of the year before prep in 2027.

Would love to put another 5 lbs on this frame before we move into our next health phase.

Head down now and finish the year strong!
