Music is not just something we enjoy. It’s a spiritual practice, a prayer in action. This was recorded on Nowruz / Persian New Year / Spring Equinox. My son’s Baba(Simone’s father) is from Iran so this 3000 year old celebration of spring, Nowruz, is something I’ve stared celebrating. In these incredibly intense times I find myself needing a way to release and alchemize emotions. My heart goes out to everyone who is facing hardships and challenges on this spring renewal. Let our spiritual practices help us along the way. This prayer for all beings to know peace inside and out. 🕊️❤️ by @j.r.1

Evening freestyles. One of my favorite things to do when making music is to just let the flow-state happen. Creating hits different when you are in that place.

Comment if you know the feeling.

Share with someone you want to get into flow-state with!

Might be one of the best things ever.
