team, after 4+ years .. it’s time to step away from the podium.

riding this bike is truly the only thing i know i am good at.

but it’s time to clear out space for what is next. while i do not know what that is exactly, i know that i will make my way back to the bike & to you all in some way.

to my riders: do not stop refining your practice. stay riding the way i have drilled into your brains for years.

to my teammates from the start & my teammates i have trained: the only thing you need to be is yourself. your classes are the best in this region. that is a fact.

my style was never for everyone, but i did it all for the people who sat in front of me, willing to go above mediocrity & find their alpha. and i know you did, because i saw it happen.

go fast, be yourself & have fun.

my last class is Thursday 10/15 🖤 .. butts on bikes. by @j9_vero

year three with a mic.

whatever came to mind - i said it. when it was time to let it rip - i did it.

and i did it because i looked out & saw the most capable, affirming group of people looking back; determined to succeed.

every pedal stroke is for you.

thank you for loving the bike as much as i do.

here’s to another year 🩵 @cyclexstrength by @j9_vero

celebrating 5 years of survivorship for @fightfortwo ‘s incredible founder @alexandra.rose.b 🩷 by coming together as a community, we raised over $1,100 that will directly and positively impact those who are fighting breast cancer in our community.

@alexandra.rose.b i am in awe of you. @cyclebarstamford i have never been more proud of you. thank you for your generosity.

year 2 in the books 🩷 here’s to more love, support, & community on and off the bike.

all my love 🩷J9 by @j9_vero
