Every year, we partner with local Stamford businesses to support the Paint the Town Pink Campaign. In 2023, The Fight For Two Foundation was honored with a Silver Star on the Wall of Honor at the Bennett Cancer Center at Stamford Hospital in recognition of our donation to the campaign. Being able to give back and help make a difference for families in our community means so much to us.

The campaign provides free mammograms as well as other diagnostic imaging to low income families that typically wouldn’t have access to screenings. They also provide early detection programs as well as patient support items and so much more. A huge thank you to all of our supporters and especially the local businesses that continue to allow us to support the campaign, families, and our community. #bettertogether #breastcancer #awareness 💗🎗️

team, after 4+ years .. it’s time to step away from the podium.

riding this bike is truly the only thing i know i am good at.

but it’s time to clear out space for what is next. while i do not know what that is exactly, i know that i will make my way back to the bike & to you all in some way.

to my riders: do not stop refining your practice. stay riding the way i have drilled into your brains for years.

to my teammates from the start & my teammates i have trained: the only thing you need to be is yourself. your classes are the best in this region. that is a fact.

my style was never for everyone, but i did it all for the people who sat in front of me, willing to go above mediocrity & find their alpha. and i know you did, because i saw it happen.

go fast, be yourself & have fun.

my last class is Thursday 10/15 🖤 .. butts on bikes.

Staff ride last month was a dream!!

As I’m reflecting on my cycling journey tonight I am feeling incredibly grateful for the amazing team that has supported me as a rider, through training and now as a new instructor. This team has truly shaped me and what I’m ready to bring to my classes!

To @j9_vero my coach - thank you for all the support both on and off the bike. The same roots that brought us to the studio, being a rider in your room to training with you. Being in your class last night felt so full circle and was the perfect reminder of why I love this so much. I mean seriously how could you not?!

This room, these people, this energy. See you tomorrow CxS!! LET’S RIDE ⚡️🚲
